Brothers and Sisters, One and All is a Story Mission in Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2). This is one of the "Main Quests" of the game and players must complete it to advance the Story. Completing Story Missions opens up Stranger Missions as well as additional content throughout the game.

Holy Moly

Arthur Morgan (you) see Brother Dorkins and Sister Calderon teaching some kids outside a house. After speaking for a bit, a kid steals the sister's crucifix and bolts it. Chase after him and you'll find him pinned against a wall by another angry man who's had his wallet stolen by the same degenerate. As you return, you pass by a prostitute that offers you her services. You reject them but recognize her then after a little deliberation, you come to the conclusion that it's Ms. Downes, the widowed wife of Thomas Downes, the man that owed Strauss all that money.

She recognizes you too and signals to the police for help. You become wanted and must hide from the law to lose the status. Once you do, return to Sister Calderon at the church. She tells you of the value crucifix and thanks you before letting you leave.
