How To Get The Stargazer Heirloom
This Talisman can be found in the Divine Tower of Liurnia, but you'll need to progress through
Ranni the Witch's Questline to get it, as you need the
Carian Inverted Statue to reach the Divine Tower of Liurnia.
1. First, you must meet Ranni. She's located in
Liurnia of the Lakes, in the northwestern section, where you can find the
Caria Manor. You must explore this zone and find
Royal Knight Loretta and defeat her to get access to the back zone of the Manor. Then, you must make your way to
Ranni's Rise. Get to the top of the tower and talk to her. You'll have the option "I wish to serve you". As you press it, the questline will start.
2. Get to the bottom of the Rise and talk with
War Counselor Iji,
Blaidd, and
Preceptor Seluvis. Exhaust all their dialogues, then return to Ranni and talk to her again. Now, you are free to move.
3. Blaidd moved to
Siofra River Well, so that's your next destination. Find Blaidd (The location is marked on the map below) and talk to him. He'll tell you he doesn't trust Seluvis, so you must talk to him. Seluvis is located where you met him for the first time. Seluvis will say that you must meet
Sorceress Sellen and will give you
Seluvis's Introduction to talk to her.
4. Sellen is located at
Waypoint Ruins in Liurnia of the Lakes. Talk to her to get more information about
Starscourge Radahn. She'll tell you that you must defeat him to access Nokron, Eternal City.
5. If you haven't done this earlier, you must trigger the Radahn Festival to defeat Radahn. The safest way to do this is by accessing the
Altus Plateau via the
Grand Lift of Dectus or telling Blaidd what you learned at Sellen's place. Blaidd will be at the same place in Siofra River. As you trigger the festival, go to the
Redmane Castle to find it and defeat Radahn.
6. As you do this, you'll get access to Nokron, Eternal City. You can get there through a giant hole you'll see in the
Mistwood of
Limgrave. It's hard to miss. As you get here, make your way to the Ancestral Woods.
From here, turn southwest and head towards the rooftop below. Jump to the next building before that one to land on a ledge. Go along this ledge until you see a building to your right, and jump to the terrace below. Keep going along the ledge of this new building to reach a circular rooftop and jump on it, then go to the building in front of the circular rooftop. Get to the back of this area to see a passage to the left, again, over some more ledges. Walk here until you see a destroyed arch, and get over it to reach the other side and enter a new building.
As you drop inside, get over the round balcony in front of you and drop into the area below. You should be seeing a circular statue here. Get out of the building through the gate in front of the statue and turn right to go down a staircase; to your left, you'll see the Night's Sacred Ground Site of Grace and to your right, a long hallway that, in the end, has a chest with the item you are looking for, the
Fingerslayer Blade.
7. Head back to Ranni's Rise and give Ranni the Fingerslayer Blade. As a reward, she'll give you the
Carian Inverted Statue. You must take this item to Eastern Liurnia, specifically to the
Carian Study Hall, and use it there.
After using the Inverted Statue, head inside the Study Hall, cross the first hallway, avoiding to fall through the hole in the middle, and turn left once outside. Go towards the wall at the back and reach the ledge, then drop to the ledge below. Here, you'll find the
Preceptor Miriam invader; it's recommended to defeat her.
From where you fought Preceptor Miriam, head southeast towards the wall at the back and drop through the ledge to the zone below. Now, drop to the rafters at the bottom; drop to the nearest one, head to the middle, drop to the second level, and reach the elevator.
Once at the bottom, leave the elevator, walk straight to the door and open it. This will lead you to the Divine Tower of Liurnia. Cross the bridge, open the door of the tower, use the elevator to go up, and reach the top of the tower to find both the Stargazer Heirloom and the
Cursemark of Death.
