This Talisman increases your Immunity, Robustness and Focus by 40 points. These are stats that determine your resistance to Poison, Scarlet Rot, Madness, Sleep, Hemorrhage, and Frostbite.
How To Get The Mottled Necklace
This Talisman can be found in Nokron, Eternal City, but the quickest way to reach it is by heading to 
The Four Belfries, in 
Liurnia of the Lakes. The exact location of this place can be found in the map below.
Here, you'll see four towers; head to the northernmost one, where you'll find a chest. Here, you'll find a 
Imbued Sword Key, which activates teleporters. Head to the nearest tower and activate that portal, which will take you to Nokron, Eternal City.
You'll appear at the top of a mountain in an isle apart from the rest of Nokron. Turn north and start descending. Once you reach the structure, head west where you'll see a corpse holding this Talisman.
