The Potion of Animal Speaking is a Common Potion found in Baldur's Gate 3.
A heady aroma of hay, musk, and manure greets your nose upon opening the bottle.
Potions are items that usually provide a benefit of some sort when consumed. They can heal, cure Poison and other effects, or even restore Spell Slots! Keep a few handy for those fights where the odds seem overwhelming, and you might be surprised at what you can achieve. Some potions can also be thrown to aid party members or debilitate foes at a distance. Just be sure to aim well!
Where to Acquire the Potion of Animal Speaking
These items are available for purchase from the following individuals:
- Arron, located in the Druid Grove
- Volo, located in the Druid Grove (only during the first encounter)
- Derryth Bonecloak, located in the Myconid Colony
- -Sister Lidwin, located in the House of Healing
Alternatively, you can craft these items using the Alchemy system. To do so, you will need the Essence of Acorn Truffle and any Salt.
Potion of Animal Speaking Effects
This potion, when used, will bestow the effects of the 
Speak with Animalsspell.
