Team Week started with coffee ☕ – and somehow ended with a table full of painted eggs, a stack of swapped books, and a few new board game champions. Yesterday was packed: from breakfast and Barcamp sessions (where anyone could jump in and share ideas) to an evening of board games 🎲 There was something for everyone, whether you wanted to dive into a new topic or just have some fun after hours. It’s a good reminder of what #GetToTheHeart looks like in practice: open conversations, a bit of friendly competition, and plenty of ways to connect. ✨ #LifeAtK15t

After a good breakfast 🥐 and a round of team demos, most of us spent the day diving into meetings and catching up at our quarterly team events. But even with all the presentations and strategy sessions, knowledge sharing is never far from the spotlight – sometimes in unexpected ways. This week, we set up a book exchange 📚: bring a book you’ve finished, pick up something new, and keep the stories moving. Books shouldn’t just gather dust on a shelf. Like your knowledge and your Confluence pages, they’re meant to be shared. 🔄 #LifeAtK15t

Even before our official Team Week agenda kicked off, we were already settling in with a bit of color and conversation. 🎨 Yesterday, we gathered to paint Easter eggs 🥚 and catch up on what’s been happening over the past few months. Last night’s Women in Tech Night was one for the books: open conversations, practical takeaways, and a real sense of support for women in tech. Big thanks to Seibert Group GmbH and everyone who made it happen. 🙌 Pulling off an event like this on top of the usual workload is no small feat. We’re especially proud of Ericka Bastías for taking the stage with her talk, “From Barriers to Bridges: A Path to Making Tech Truly Inclusive and Accessible”. Ericka broke down accessibility in a way that was clear, actionable, and personal – reminding us that building inclusive tech isn’t a side project; it’s just good product work. That point stuck with us: real change happens when people care enough to make it happen.
