We’re hosting a partner-exclusive webinar this Thursday, April 2! In this session, our team (Vic Chynoweth, Shannon Mason, Kevin Nanney, and Travis Dion) will walk you through how partners are using Tempo Collections to drive account expansion inside existing customers. Growth today is about knowing: • When a customer is ready for an SPM conversation • How to position Collections in a way that resonates • How to turn that into ongoing services, advisory, and expansion revenue We’ll cover all that. At the end of the session, you’ll know how to: • Identify expansion signals inside your accounts • Position Tempo Collections around real outcomes • Build a repeatable, service-rich expansion motion This is part of our Strategy and Growth Series, designed to give partners practical, execution-focused frameworks you can use immediately. And it’s built to be interactive, with live Q&A across APAC, EMEA, and AMER time zones. If you’re involved in: • Portfolio strategy • Go-to-market • Solution design • Or growing Tempo Software inside Atlassian accounts …this session is for you. Register link in the comments below! If you can’t make it live, we’ll send the full recording and resource kit after.

This week was Tempo Software’s EU Partner Day in Munich. The goal was to align with our solution partners on how to drive better portfolio and program management in a world where AI is changing how organizations operate. We covered 3 things in depth: 1. What modern portfolio management looks like when AI is part of how work gets planned and delivered 2. The underlying math inside organizations: where work actually creates value, where it creates waste, and how to tell the difference 3. How our partners can bring those capabilities into the organizations they work with every day But the most useful part of the day wasn’t on the slides. In the afternoon, we had partners map their own programs and portfolios live. You could see where: • Dependencies break down • Work looks productive but isn’t • Effort is being spent without moving outcomes The conversations that followed were direct: • Where are we stuck? • Where are we overcomplicating things? • Where are the real opportunities to improve? Those answers don’t show up in a deck. That’s the value of days like this. You go in thinking you’re there to share a perspective. You leave with a much clearer view of how things actually work on the ground. We left Munich with a better understanding of where our partners need support, where the friction actually is, and how we can build together more effectively. Appreciate everyone who made the time and contributed openly - Axians, catworkx, CBTW, Communardo, demicon, Eficode, HCLTech, knowmad mood, Prepend - Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, Seibert Solutions GmbH, SVA System Vertrieb Alexander GmbH, XALT

Jira is where your teams live. But when programs get complex, visibility breaks down fast. On March 24th at 10 am ET, we're running a live demo showing exactly how to fix that. We'll walk through how Capacity Planner, Structure, Gantt Charts, and Custom Charts for Jira work together to: • Model work across teams • Visualize timelines and dependencies • Align plans with real team availability We're also demoing something a lot of teams have been asking about: How our BI Connector integrates SmartBear's Zephyr test management data into Tempo Software reporting, so you can connect testing progress directly to delivery readiness and program risk. If you've ever looked at your Jira and thought "this should tell me more," this one is for you. Link in the comments!

  • We started a series celebrating the people who make Tempo special – and we want to shout out Julia Atlygina for championing our customers' voices from the inside out. Her connection to Structure goes back to 2013, making her one of the product's longest-running advocates on the team. Q: What does your day-to-day look like? I'm a Senior Product Manager on the Structure product line. My day is a mix of customer conversations, roadmap work, and close collaboration with engineering, solution engineers, support, customer success, and sales. It all orbits the same question: How do we solve real customer pain? Q: What's the coolest part of your job? It's when a customer says "I finally feel heard." I love balancing what a customer needs right now with building something robust, secure, and easy to use long-term. That balance is the most rewarding part of the role. Q: Which values of Tempo do you resonate with most? "Succeed together" and "Deliver value." Building a great product is a team sport. When developers, designers, product managers, support, sales, and marketing are in sync, we create something that genuinely makes customers happy. Q: What challenge did you overcome that you're most proud of? Navigating the constant evolution of the Atlassian platform. As an app vendor, we're building on shifting ground: Every platform update brings new requirements, but also new possibilities. The challenge is adapting quickly without compromising our own quality standards, whether that's performance, security, or stability. Structure is a large, complex application with serious engineering depth. Balancing external platform demands with our internal quality goals is an ongoing effort, and I'm proud we keep rising to it. Q: What advice would you give to newcomers? Stay curious about the customer and take the time to deeply understand the ecosystem you're building in. In our case, that means understanding Jira, not just as a platform, but as part of how people actually work every day. Before joining the Structure team, I had years of experience with Jira as a user and administrator. That background helped me understand not just customer problems, but their daily routines and how they think. Q: What's next on your horizon at Tempo? Supporting our customers and making Structure their everyday choice. Many of our largest customers still rely on the data center solution, and we're fully committed to maintaining high quality standards there for as long as the platform exists. At the same time, we're focused on making the cloud transition as seamless as possible, closing product gaps, and exploring how AI can simplify the customer experience. It all comes back to one thing: Making sure every customer, regardless of platform, continues to feel heard and supported. __ Check out Julia's profile to learn more about how she's been shaping Structure from the inside since the very beginning!
