Mehvish Ayub, CFA, Head of Managed Solutions Advisory at the DIFC Branch, shared the following in a Bloomberg interview earlier today. - We continue to have a neutral position on US stocks which benefitted from a relief rally last week following the calming of tensions in the Middle East and the perception of a dovish Fed. - A well diversified portfolio matters. This means still having an allocation to US equities but diversifying into Europe and Asia-ex Japan equities.   - We also continue to see one Fed rate cut by the end of the year. There is a need to stay patient and see what inflation data informs us about the pass through effect of tariffs.   - Finally, interest rate differentials are not driving currency markets and the flight away from US assets is structural in nature and will continue.
