How to Start The Third Sin DLC in Blasphemous 2

The first step is making your way to the City of the Blessed Name. There is only one Prie Dieu located in the middle of the city, and this is where you'll begin your journey toward the DLC.

Starting from the shrine, head to the right and ignore the first ladder leading upward. Continue moving right until you spot a ladder that descends below.

Climb down the ladder and continue heading right. Eventually, you'll reach a section where you must use your double jump and wall-climbing abilities to reach a higher ledge. Once you've made it across, enter the room ahead.

Inside, you'll find a coffin that can be interacted with. Examining it rewards you with a key item called the Lamp of the Whisper of the Mist. After obtaining the item, leave the room. A short dialogue sequence will automatically play, confirming that you've triggered the next stage of the DLC questline.

With the Lamp of the Whisper of the Mist now in your possession, return to the Prie Dieu and use it to fast travel to the shrine located near the bottom of the Choir of Thorns region.

From this shrine, head right until you enter a room filled with dense fog. Continue progressing through the fog-covered area and keep moving to the right. Before long, another short dialogue scene will trigger. After the conversation ends, continue following the path to the right, and you'll eventually discover a boat waiting at the edge of the area.
