I didn't want to share this yet. But if you knew HOW this channel’s been posting, you’ll understand why I’m sharing it anyway. Reasons why I didn’t want to share it:  - Because it’s not perfect.  - Because it’s not a million views like the other channels I run.  - Because the content on this channel isn’t perfectly polished. - Because there are still 1000 things to improve on.  - Because it is not 100% autonomous yet. Here’s the scoop. Here’s what the channel’s about… The presenter’s name is Kelly. She is FULLY AI! She is a football AI creator who predicts the scores for all matches using her own prediction model and posts daily videos on all platforms with bangin’ commentary. Reasons why I decided to share it after all: - With the world cup the timing is too good to delay - She’s growing despite not being perfect - She is 90% automated!!! Yes - from scripts to posting - Because I’ve been all talk with AI, and it’s time to show what’s possible (even when it’s not perfect). - Because I love working on this project alongside my team! Crypto Banter went from 1 YouTube Channel to over 20 in less than 1 year. Here’s why… For those of you who are unfamiliar. Crypto Banter is a (primarily live) crypto media YouTube channel. It had about 5 presenters who all streamed on the channel daily… And our views were getting slaughtered (even in a good crypto market)! We had over a million subscribers… Yet, we were getting punished!  My mission was to learn exactly how YouTube thinks and figure out why.  When I started understanding YouTube better I understood why we weren’t growing. The maths is very simple… 📪 What we were doing: 5 hosts. All talented. All posting consistently. All doing everything "right." 📫 What YouTube was seeing: Most of our viewers came to the channel for one host. ONE video a day - not all 5 of them. So when YouTube looked at our data, it saw a viewer who watched maybe 1 out of every 6 videos. That doesn’t scream "loyal viewerl” and it certainly doesn’t scream “hey YouTube, this content is great - please show it to more people like me”. Winning on YouTube means being highly critical and asking yourself with each and every video you create: “Are we sure my subscribers are here to watch me do this??” If you’re making content for different viewers and posting it on the same channel - stop it 🫵

People overcomplicate the “algorithm” I work for the biggest crypto media channel in the world (primary platform being YouTube) and today I’m sharing our biggest lesson by far. Once you understand the maths behind YouTube’s “algorithm” you’ll understand how to make content that works. Here’s how they think about it in 7 steps… 1. Youtube = Big Capitalist Company 2. Big Capitalist Company = want moneys 3. Big Capitalist Company must sell ads!  But how? 4. Big Capitalist Company must keep eyeballs on their platform!  But how? 5. Big Capitalist Company must make you (the viewer) happy! But how? 6. Big Capitalist Company give you MORE of what YOU want. 7. You = Happy = Big Capitalist Company show ads = Big Capitalist Company is rich! If you replace the word "algorithm" with “my viewers” every time you speak about YouTube, you’ll start answering your own questions and grow a lot faster. “I don’t understand the algorithm” “I don’t understand my viewers” “The algorithm didn’t like my post” “My viewers didn’t like my post” “I just need to crack what the algorithm likes to go viral” “I just need to crack what my viewers like to go viral” I hope this helps someone understand their “algorithm” better.
