    I have to say, I'm just so incredibly grateful these days! 👍 Just a couple of weeks ago we were still preparing everything for No Rest for the Wicked Together's launch and I was already mentally preparing myself for something to go awfully wrong considering that Multiplayer

    I haven’t worked in AAA, but my intuition is that a 100 person studio could end up in serious decline after the departure of 1 and never know why. Some people are just key players. Tough pill to swallow. Some people just do that thing no one else does.

    They should accept his offer. It doesn’t matter they’re the “bigger studio”. Drop the ego and let him help. See how you can improve the combat before launching the game in February. The combat looks dreadful. But it can be saved in the next 5 months with good direction.
