so from processing a refund, will take 3 to 5 working days for the bank to put the money back into your account. this is not the merchants fault but standing with banking. do not blame the merchant for this.
Why went you order a product from @Tesco they process order and money straight away. then send out a faulty product they say you have to wait a week for money and no apology for sending out a faulty goods.
