Mortal Shell 2 is here to remind you that suffering and collecting an alarming number of weapons are all part of the adventure. If you're planning to explore every grim corner of the world, you'll have plenty of achievements waiting to make your journey even more rewarding.

From unlocking new Shells and weapons to taking down fearsome bosses and hunting for collectibles, there’s a lot tucked away beyond the main path. Some achievements will come naturally as you progress, while others require a little extra patience. This guide breaks down every achievement and explains what you need to do to add them all to your collection.

Ascension	Discover the secret of the Mango	Keep an eye out for the Mango and investigate it when you find one. Mango is an item that restores 50% health instantly on use.
Arrival	Unlock Proxima	Explore thoroughly and interact with Proxima shell when you encounter it. Located near Blackridge Pass.
Bag Holder	You’ve mastered nothing and this is your reward. Pretty pointless, eh?	You can get this by finding the Baghead character at Desolate Peak.
Beautiful Baby	Unlock the Cursed Child	Explore the world and follow the progression that leads to the Cursed Child. This can be found can be found in the Revered Beacon dungeon which is Northwest of Sester's Gate beacon.
Big Boi	Unlock Great Martyr's Blade	Find and unlock the Great Martyr's Blade during your exploration. Located near Gloomshade Grove in the prison.
Bring My Ova Back to Me	Collect all of the Ova	Search every area carefully and keep track of the Ova you've collected.
Chop Chop	Unlock the Salvaged Trebuchaxe	This is located in Gloomshade Grove.
Cut You Down to Size	Unlock the Veteran's Battle Axe	Look for the Veteran's Battle Axe as you explore Blackridge Pass.
Decked Out	Reach the maximum bonding tier for a Shell at the Shellkeeper	Choose one Shell early and focus your resources on increasing its bonding tier.
Deep Cuts	Unlock Axe and Dagger	You will need the Chapel Key near Mushroom Village Gate.
Dual Wielding	Unlock the Axatana	The Axatana can be found on the lone island between Sester's Gate and The Silent Steps.
Feed Me	Cause Egon to pass away	Interact with Egon at one of the pillars near the Castigator's Keep beacon.
Forever Alone?	Unlock Tiel	Explore the world and find Tiel during your journey. This one unlocks early on.
Guns. Lots of Guns	Unlock all Sidearms	Explore thoroughly and collect every Sidearm available in the game.
Haunting Times	Watch your first Shell Memory	Find a Shell Memory and interact with it to watch it.
Headcase	Defeat The Nameless Captive	Learn the Nameless Captive's attacks and take advantage of openings between attacks.
Heartless	Unlock Gragu	Visit the One Legged Wolf Tavern, speak to Gragu until he asks for the Heart of Vatra, retrieve it from the statue along the path across the nearby bridge, then return it to Gragu so he consumes it, dies, and leaves his Shell behind.
Heavy Metal	Play all Lute Tracks in the Game	Play every Lute Track you encounter and keep track of which ones you've already heard.
Home at Last	Reach Marrowkeep	Follow the main progression until you arrive at Marrowkeep.
It burnssssssssss	Defeat Droeg, the Conquerer	Study Droeg's attacks and stay mobile to avoid his more dangerous attacks.
It's over now?	Defeat Zmey, the Unbidden	Study Zmey's attacks and punish its openings rather than attacking recklessly.
Like Clockwork	Unlock the Clockwork Scythe	Find the Clockwork Scythe in the southern map near The Silent Steps Beacon by defeating Sariel.
Lord of War	Unlock all Weapons	Collect every weapon throughout the game; revisit areas if you're missing one.
Lost Your Head	Defeat Orrem, the Reclaimed	Study Orrem's attacks and wait for safe opportunities to counterattack.
Meat's Back on the Menu, Boys!	Defeat The Lost Child	Study the boss's attack patterns and avoid getting greedy with your attacks.
Mid Summer?	Enter the Festival	Talk to Marigold on the main path during the prologue to earn this achievement; she is easy to miss, and if you do, you’ll need a new save.
My Brether	Unlock Smert	Find Smert in Nochte by killing an enemy on each of the three stone circles.
Nightmare Fuel	Defeat Sir Isaac, the Scholar-Prince	Stay patient during the fight and prioritize avoiding his attacks.
No, You Still Can't Win	Take the Tar Golem to his Minimum Health	Carefully reduce the Tar Golem's health until it reaches the required minimum without defeating it.
No Lifer	Unlock all Achievements for Mortal Shell II	Complete every other achievement in the game.
Old Painless	Unlock the Triarch Repeater	Find the Triarch Repeater in Blackwell Cavern, located north of the Castigator's Keep Beacon.
Old School	Unlock the Forgotten Crossbow	The general location is marked on your map from the start of the game, making it easy to track down.
Over 9000	Max out a Weapon at the Tarforge	Pick one weapon and invest your resources into it until it reaches maximum level.
Peter's Perfect Parry	Perfect Guard each one of The Nameless Captive's headspins using the Untarnished Seal	Equip the Untarnished Seal and practice the timing of each headspin before attempting the achievement.
Point Taken	Unlock Black Needle	Find the Black Needle inside the Sester's Gate Beacon by cleansing it and defeating the triple boss at the end of the area
Praise him!	Defeat The Monolith	Study the boss's attacks and prioritize survival over rushing damage.
Sat Nav	Find all Map Fragments	Explore every area thoroughly and search corners, side paths, and optional locations for Map Fragments.
Seeking the Past	Watch all Shell Memories	Find and watch every Shell Memory in the game. Keep track of completed memories to avoid missing one.
Shell Seeker	Unlock all Shells	Explore every region and seek out all available Shells.
So Fresh, So Clean	Cleanse all Beacons	Locate every Beacon and cleanse each one as you progress through the game.
Something in the deep...	Defeat Hexapod	Learn Hexapod's attack patterns and look for safe openings to deal damage.
Speared	Unlock the Ballistazooka	Defeat the boss in Sentry's Grave, located east of the Gate of Mammon, to unlock the Ballistazooka.
Spiked	Unlock the Caged Hystrix	Find the Caged Hystrix near The Silent Steps Beacon by defeating Sariel, destroying the tombstones to prevent his revival, defeating him again, then climbing the stairs to collect the Sidearm.
Sester	Unlock Sester Genessa	Visit Revenant Graves and interact with the red item the spirits are watching to enter a boss fight; defeat the boss, take the Sester's Censer to Genessa in Marrowkeep, and claim her Shell.
Stoned	Find all Tarstones	Search every area thoroughly, checking optional paths and less obvious locations.
Stop - Hammer Time	Unlock the Obsidian Hammer	Find it in the Obsidianite Mines.
The Alchemist	Unlock Sariel	Find Sariel in the southern part of the map near The Silent Steps Beacon, defeat him, follow him through the opened door, destroy the tombstones to prevent his revival, then defeat him again to claim his Shell.
Thickness	Unlock Lazlo	Find the Shell west of the High Lord's Courtyard Beacon by heading down the large staircase, defeating the boss, then entering the room behind it to collect the Shell.
This is Not an Achievement	Complete Mortal Shell II	Finish the game.
Ultimate Gainz	Defeat Malborn Offspring	Learn the boss's attacks and look for openings after its attacks.
Vengeance is Mine	Unlock Eredrim	Defeat The Warden in the Citadel of Penance to unlock the Eredrim Shell.
Wheelie Good Time	Defeat Magdalena, the Lady of the Woods	Study Magdalena's attack patterns.
You're More Than a Weapon	Claim your first Shell, Weapon and Sidearm	This should come naturally early in the game as you collect your first Shell, Weapon, and Sidearm.
