Terminal Manager

Our client is working through CPS to hire a Terminal Manager for their Baton Rouge facility. This Terminal Manager will have oversight of all safety, personnel, operations and asset integrity at this high volume facility. This is a critical role to ensure the safe and efficient operations. This role will also have visibility within the global organization.

Terminal Manager/Operations Manager/Plant Manager/Leadership/Safety/PSM/Chemicals/Engineering

As the Terminal Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure safety is a top priority for all levels of operations, act as a champion of safety, hold all personnel accountable for safety.
• This is a hands-on, boots to the ground role. Must demonstrate initiative and accountability.
• Must be able to hold people accountable, as well as see the potential in people and develop talent.
• Responsible for asset integrity and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Responsible for the operating budget and the capex budget - multi-million dollar budgets
• Forward thinking, able to create a vision for future development
• Perform risk assessments and mitigate risk
• Able to engage and communicate with all levels, including operations staff through top level executives
  
  

Salary Range: $140,00 - $170,00 + 15% - 20% bonus
