FUSE is hiring a Talent Associate to join the platform team and play a pivotal role in helping our founders find and retain world-class talent. You’ll work directly with startup founders, operators, and the investment team to strengthen our talent network, build scalable talent programs, and ensure our companies have the right people in place to succeed.
This is an outward-facing role that requires proactive, outbound candidate sourcing and direct engagement with top operators. The right person is energized by building relationships from scratch and is excited to play a critical role in scaling early-stage technology companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with founders and the investment team to identify and prioritize critical hiring needs
Source and vet top-tier candidates for key functional roles across engineering, product, and go-to-market
Maintain and grow FUSE talent & operator network, including candidate CRM and job board
Build scalable internal systems for tracking and maintaining candidate pipelines and hiring outcomes
Ideal Background:
1-4 years of experience in sales, recruiting, talent operations, or people/talent at a startup, venture capital, or private equity firm
High EQ and strong relationship-building skills; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Operationally strong with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
