Sr. IT Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to lead the analysis, requirements, and solution‑design efforts for key technology initiatives. In this role, you’ll partner with senior business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to define business needs, shape scalable solutions, and ensure successful delivery across the project lifecycle. What You’ll Do

• Lead end‑to‑end requirements discovery, documentation, and prioritization for medium to large‑scale initiatives.
• Analyze current‑state processes, identify gaps, and recommend future‑state improvements aligned with business strategy.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, testable user stories, functional specs, and process flows.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and cross‑functional sessions to drive alignment and solution clarity.
• Support solution design, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies with product and engineering teams.
• Lead UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to improving BA standards, tools, and practices.

What You Bring

• 5–7+ years of Business Analyst experience in a software or technology‑driven environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and hands‑on experience in Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced documentation, process‑mapping, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast‑moving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
