Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with 5–8 years of expertise in forecasting and yield management to develop models that maximize performance across our publisher network. This role involves predicting attribution outcomes, optimizing inventory yield, and delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and visualization tools. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed models into the platform, contributing directly to revenue growth and operational efficiency in the hospitality and travel adtech space.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience in data science, forecasting, or yield management
• Expertise in time series forecasting techniques (ARIMA, Prophet, Neural Networks) and optimization algorithms
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling
• Experience integrating large datasets from multiple sources, including attribution and performance metrics
• Strong communication skills to translate technical outcomes into business impact
• Ability to partner effectively with product, engineering, and business teams
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine forecasting models to predict attribution outcomes by hotel, publisher, and time period
• Build yield optimization frameworks to allocate publisher inventory efficiently and maximize client ROI
• Integrate data from attribution, publisher metrics, seasonality, and external signals for comprehensive analysis
• Deliver reporting and insights to guide decision-making across teams
• Create dashboards and visualizations to present data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed models into the platform for scalable deployment
