Bullion Shark is one of the nation's leading rare coin and precious metals dealers, serving collectors and customers across the country. We're looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team in our Carle Place office and take our digital presence to the next level.

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of growing social media accounts, creating viral content, and building marketing funnels that turn engagement into qualified leads and sales.

• Develop and execute Bullion Shark's social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Serve as the face of Bullion Shark's social media presence by appearing on camera, creating engaging videos, hosting content, and representing the brand authentically.
• Plan, create, film, edit, and publish compelling photo and video content that educates, entertains, and converts.
• Build and optimize content funnels that drive lead generation and revenue.
• Create content designed to increase brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Identify trends and create timely, engaging content with strong viral potential.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and sales teams on product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve growth and engagement.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and emerging social media trends.
  

• 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
• Proven success growing audiences and creating high-performing or viral content.
• Experience building marketing funnels that convert social traffic into leads and customers.
• Comfortable being the face of a brand and appearing regularly on camera.
• Strong on-camera communication skills with the ability to create authentic, engaging content.
• Strong video production and editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance optimization.
• Highly organized, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Experience in e-commerce, collectibles, luxury brands, or consumer products.
• Experience with paid social advertising and campaign management.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
• Experience creating personal-brand style content or hosting social media videos.
