Job Title: Enterprise JAMA Governance & Optimization Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise JAMA Governance & Optimization Lead to drive the development, maturity, and governance of the enterprise JAMA instance. This role will be responsible for ensuring the platform is scalable, optimized, and aligned with organizational processes, while acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for JAMA across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise JAMA instance
Establish and manage structured user feedback intake and prioritization processes (e.g., via JIRA or similar tools)
Develop deep expertise in JAMA configuration, administration, and industry best practices
Collaborate with external JAMA consultants (weekly engagement anticipated over a one-year period)
Configure and optimize JAMA to support evolving business and operating models
Design, test, troubleshoot, and maintain workflows within the JAMA environment
Provide ongoing system administration to ensure a curated, scalable, and efficient platform
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance usability and adoption
Act as the Enterprise JAMA Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance, training, and support to stakeholders
Ensure governance standards, data integrity, and compliance across the platform
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with JAMA (configuration, administration, and governance)
Strong understanding of requirements management and lifecycle processes
Experience with tools such as JIRA or similar issue/feedback tracking systems
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with external consultants or system implementation partners
Knowledge of enterprise system governance and process optimization
Background in regulated industries (e.g., automotive, medical devices, aerospace)
Experience supporting large-scale or global tool deployments
