Senior Project Manager, Delivery and Client Operations

Redshift develops healthcare software with a focus on fertility and reproductive health. We work directly with clinics and health systems to improve workflows, operations, and patient care. We are investing in stronger delivery operations to support our growth.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to bring structure, consistency, and predictable communication to our software delivery organization. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and client communication across a mix of consulting implementations and internal product initiatives.

You will run internal delivery meetings, facilitate client status calls, extract clear action items, track deadlines, and ensure stakeholders always know where projects stand. This role does not own budgets or architecture decisions but plays a critical role in ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

·       Run weekly internal delivery meetings and ensure action items are clearly documented and tracked.

·       Attend and facilitate client status calls, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.

·       Extract decisions and tasks from meetings and distribute structured summaries.

·       Maintain consistent client status reporting across all active projects.

·       Track deadlines across multiple concurrent initiatives and follow up regularly.

·       Identify delivery risks early and escalate appropriately when needed.

·       Improve and standardize use of tools such as Jira and HaloPSA.

·       Create templates and reporting processes that scale as the company grows.

This role will oversee a portfolio of approximately 10 to 20 concurrent initiatives, ranging from smaller enhancements to larger implementation projects. The focus is coordination and communication rather than deep technical ownership.

·       Three or more years of experience managing software delivery projects.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Experience coordinating technical teams without direct authority.

·       Highly organized with strong follow-through.

·       Comfortable operating in a fast moving and evolving environment.

·       Healthcare technology or EMR experience.

·       Familiarity with HIPAA regulated environments.

·       Experience in both consulting and product focused organizations.
