What if speech therapy could feel less like therapy and more like music? For minimally verbal autistic children, access to effective speech therapy can be limited by cost, availability and accessibility. Autism Rocks, created by AREA 23, an Omnicom Health company, set out to change that. The initiative transforms Auditory-Motor Mapping Training (AMMT), an evidence-based approach to speech development, into interactive musical exercises using familiar, globally recognised songs. Instead of lyrics, children respond to simple vocal prompts such as “mom-my” and “hel-lo”, combining melody, rhythm and tapping to encourage vocalisation and engage the brain's language pathways. The result is a therapy experience designed to be joyful, inclusive and scalable - and available free of charge. With an estimated reach of 9 million children globally, Autism Rocks demonstrates how creativity can turn an existing therapeutic approach into something more accessible and engaging, bringing together healthcare, technology and culture in a meaningful way. Awarded Gold at the Lisbon International Health Festival 2026, the campaign is a powerful reminder that innovation isn't only about what we create. It's also about how we make essential care more human. Because every child deserves the opportunity to be heard. #LisbonInternationalHealthFestival #GoldWinner #AutismRocks #HealthInnovation #InclusiveHealthcare #CreativityForGood #HealthcareInnovation #CreativeExcellence #SlowBrandValue

  • "What are you seeing regarding navigating relationships between content creators and influencers, agencies, pharma companies, and the brand’s target audience?" Annie, Group Director, Social Media Creative Strategy, shares her perspective via Med Ad News. “If I were to give a piece of advice about working with content creators, it would be to really treat them as a full creative partner and really have that be a relationship of mutual respect. It’s a very different relationship than if you’re working with an actor playing a doctor or an actor playing a patient – in those cases you’re telling them exactly what to do. With a content creator – HCP or patient – you really want to meet halfway because they know how to make content or social, and they know their topic. You don’t want to it to be as much of a ‘we’re in the driver’s seat’ and they’re the passenger – it’s like we’re on one of those double bikes.” Read the full article on building a trust ecosystem in healthcare influencer marketing: https://bit.ly/4xaE9tf

To counter the belief that only men have hemophilia, Biolumina and Novo Nordisk gathered six women with hemophilia plus two of their daughters, one hematologist, and one songwriter to share their story. A powerful, original song premiered at HOPE for Hemophilia, inspiring the community to create educational resources and support — because SHE matters.
