Agility Partners is seeking a qualified IT Quality Control Analyst to fill an open position with one of our global healthcare clients, a Fortune-scale organization that deliver essential medical products, services, and technology solutions that support hospitals, pharmacies, and care providers worldwide. Responsibilities
Own and support the implementation of software testing and certification strategies across enterprise applications
Execute standard testing practices to identify, debug, and document software defects, recommending effective solutions
Perform defect trend analysis and contribute to continuous process and quality improvements
Establish and support internal IT service quality control standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical work experience
2+ years of experience in IT quality control, software testing, or a related discipline
Working knowledge of requirement-based and risk-based testing principles and methodologies
Experience testing applications of moderate scope and complexity
Ability to analyze technical problems, exercise sound judgment, and implement solutions within defined parameters
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under general guidance and adapt to new projects quickly
