Our client is a leading producer of resins and coatings used across many industries. They have manufacturing facilities across North America and currently seek a hands-on Production Manager to support one of their manufacturing sites near Los Angeles, CA. The Production Manager will have 4 direct reports and will be in charge of all manufacturing operations at this 24/7 manufacturing site.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000

This position requires a degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering with experience in chemical manufacturing. It also requires at least 5 years total of post-graduate experience with a minimum of 2 years of front-line supervision. Previous experience in a batch and/or continuous process is required. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma and familiarity with PSM guidelines.
