• Investigated and resolved complex network, connectivity, and security incidents to minimise downtime and maintain service levels.
• Managed Cisco VoIP infrastructure, supporting telephony services and ensuring reliable communications.
• Administered Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity environments, including user account management, access controls, and permissions.
• Supported VMware/vSphere infrastructure through server provisioning, resource allocation, backup management, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborated with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and project teams to deliver infrastructure and security projects.
• Implemented and maintained routing, switching, firewall, and wireless networking solutions to optimise performance and resilience.
