Responsibilities
Troubleshoot complex network and infrastructure issues across multiple environments
Support and resolve escalated technical issues from internal teams and clients
Design, implement, and maintain network solutions including firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure
Support server and identity environments (Active Directory, Entra ID)
Work across cloud and on-prem environments, including Azure (VMs, VPN gateways, Intune)
Participate in project-based work including network upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
Perform onsite troubleshooting, installation, and support as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in network, systems, or infrastructure roles
