IT Analyst (Entry Level) – SharePoint Migration (Remote | Phoenix Area)

Contract | Immediate Start

We’re hiring entry‑level IT Analysts to support a short‑term SharePoint Classic to SharePoint Modern migration project for a large enterprise IT team. This is a 2.5‑month contract (through early June) and a strong opportunity to gain hands‑on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint experience.

Remote role — must live in the greater Phoenix area.

Responsibilities

• Migrate SharePoint pages from Classic to Modern
• Rebuild pages using copy/paste, formatting, and layout updates
• Follow documented processes and quality standards
• Complete a daily productivity quota
• Communicate progress and completion status

Requirements

• Entry‑level IT, technical support, or similar experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
• Comfortable learning and working in SharePoint
• Detail‑oriented and able to perform repetitive tasks
• Self‑driven and accountable in a remote environment
• Available to work 8 hours/day with flexible scheduling
• Must live in the Phoenix metro area
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
• Available to start within 2 weeks

Preferred

• Previous healthcare/hospital IT support experience
• Recent IT, MIS, CIS, or CS graduates
• IT Help Desk or Service Desk experience
• Prior SharePoint exposure
