What You'll Be Doing:
Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of mission-critical and data center construction projects from early pursuit and preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
Support business development and client engagement efforts within the data center market, including opportunity evaluation, proposal strategy, and contract negotiations.
Maintain executive accountability for financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and risk mitigation across multiple active data center projects.
Lead and mentor Project Managers and senior staff, establishing clear operational objectives and performance standards aligned with mission-critical delivery requirements.
Serve as a senior point of contact for key hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center clients.
Reinforce a strong safety and quality culture, ensuring compliance with the rigorous standards required in mission-critical environments.
Must Haves:
8+ years of leadership experience in electrical or construction project management
5+ years of experience supporting or leading data center or mission-critical construction projects
