Salary Range: $55k-$60k/Annum + Benefits, The pay may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Participates in the post sales onboarding of new clients.*
Conducts risk assessment meetings.*
Trains new clients on how to use the company web-based platform.*
Actively collaborates with internal teams on feature requests, schedules/timelines, and other various activities.*
Acts as the customer’s main point of contact to ensure all of their questions/concerns are addressed.*
Establishes and maintains on-boarding timelines.*
Provides web-based training for new customers.*
Provides ongoing or recurring training for existing customers as new features are implemented.*
Analyzes, discovers, and provides feedback on customer experience and concerns which can lead to customer attrition.*

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
