Akkodis is seeking a Client Relationship Manager role is a Full-Time with a client located in Rochester NY 14642-(Hybrid), Ideally looking for applicants to have a solid background in client facing support and training. would come as a big plus.


Salary Range: $55k-$60k/Annum + Benefits, The pay may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Participates in the post sales onboarding of new clients.*
  2. Conducts risk assessment meetings.*
  3. Trains new clients on how to use the company web-based platform.*
  4. Actively collaborates with internal teams on feature requests, schedules/timelines, and other various activities.*
  5. Acts as the customer’s main point of contact to ensure all of their questions/concerns are addressed.*
  6. Establishes and maintains on-boarding timelines.*
  7. Provides web-based training for new customers.*
  8. Provides ongoing or recurring training for existing customers as new features are implemented.*
  9. Analyzes, discovers, and provides feedback on customer experience and concerns which can lead to customer attrition.*

Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.


Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to computer rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.


Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and internal software.


Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
