The Opportunity
The Chief Executive Officer will have full P&L and operational responsibility for the organization. This leader will define and execute a clear growth strategy while strengthening operational discipline, profitability, and organizational alignment.
Key priorities include driving sustainable revenue and margin expansion and strengthening market reach and competitive positioning. As CEO, you will own the organizational strategy and lead high-impact initiatives across the business, from expanding service capabilities and launching installation programs that open new revenue streams and deepen customer relationships, to spearheading M&A due diligence and integration that accelerates inorganic growth, to instilling a performance-based, sales-first culture that drives accountability and consistency across all locations.
The CEO will have the authority and resources to develop investment cases, allocate capital, and implement initiatives that accelerate growth and long-term value creation.
