We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management team on our project in Manassas, Virginia. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onsite trade work, including coordination of materials from design and fabrication to delivery and final installation
Track and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors
Manage cost and issue resolution, including reviewing and processing change orders, submitting RFIs, and proactively identifying issues before they arise
Assume ownership of the holistic job beyond assigned trade contracts
Read and understand construction design documents and specifications
Exemplify Holder’s culture by leading with integrity and developing others through providing leadership to junior associates on the project
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a construction or engineering-related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience
Outstanding communication and time management skills
Strong computer skills
Willingness to relocate
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
