.The Analyst, A&R Administration provides critical operational support for artist recording projects. This role is focused on ensuring accuracy in vendor set ups, accounts, payments, and correspondence while providing overall administrative support. The Analyst collaborates closely with internal departments and external partners to support the successful execution of artist projects and streamline administrative workflows

What you'll d
- o:Support A&R Administration on all department need
- s.Handle all vendor set ups including verification and account
- s.Process all purchase orders, invoices. maintaining meticulous records for audit purpose
- s.Prepare producer decs, work for hires, remix agreements, and union contracts (AFM and SAG-AFTRA
- ).Scan all relevant documents into Digital filing syste
- m.Assist with Royalty inquiries – externally and internall
- y.Assist in the preparation of Financial project reports for Label Roste
- r.Maintain and organize departmental records, including budgets, contracts, and correspondence as well as maintain central drive of all record
s.
Who you a
- re:3-5 years of experience in music administration, finance, or legal, preferably within a record label, business management or entertainment compa
- ny.Strong understanding of financial processes and basic knowledge of music industry contrac
- ts.Proficiency in proprietary systems and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Exc
- el.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight deadlin
- es.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across tea
- ms.Bachelor’s degree in Music Business, Finance, or a related field is preferr
ed.
