Will Mitchell shared thisQuick reminder that OpenClaw is absolute trash. A complete waste of your time. It is an agent swarm system built on top of Claude Code. It’s extremely token inefficient, it does not scale, you have no ability to control context effectively. Everything you WANT to do, that’s Claude Code. OpenClaw maybe helps you get the “agentic future” vision. But it does not scale. Just like sites built in Lovable, Replit do not scale. Just like you can’t one-shot an actual SaaS business out of Claude Code. You can build multi million dollar businesses in a weekend with Claude Code. You can not with OpenClaw. Seeing marketer friends suddenly turn on a dime and start talking about OpenClaw is so cringe. Anyone telling you to use OpenClaw has very clearly NOT actually built any reliable agentic workflows. This is hype. It’s click baiting. And it holds newbies back from actually learning how to build with AI. I refuse to be a part of this. I could get a LOT of clicks and leads and sales jumping on the OpenClaw hype train. But I will not. OpenClaw is a waste of my time, it’s a waste of your time, and anybody hyping it is VERY FAR BEHIND where AI builders actually are. Seriously — if they’re hyping OpenClaw, you already know they are empty marketing promises. If they’re hyping OpenClaw, you already know they don’t know what they’re doing. If they’re hyping OpenClaw, unfollow and run the other direction! That trash will only hold you back from actually getting started building your future w AI. OpenClaw ain’t it!

Will Mitchell shared thisHollywood is dead. AI will completely absorb it. And it’s a GOOD thing. Most people are afraid of slop, but go scroll through Netflix. What do you see? Human SLOP. What’s actually going to happen is a complete renaissance in film and movies. When the production costs go to near-zero, all that will matter is all that SHOULD matter — storytelling, character development, taste and vision… People will read their favorite book and create their interpretation of it, just as a fun weekend project. Some of these will take off and become the “canon” version of that universe. Never again will Hollywood kill or control a franchise or character or concept. We’re decentralizing the whole thing. Hollywood will continue to exist, as a kind of archaic shell of what it once was. There will be certain things so technically new or complex that Hollywood will still have its niche. But we’re about to see an explosion, literally 1000x more movies and film and shows to watch in 5 years. I’m SO excited to see people redo the final season of Game of Thrones, redo the Last Jedi, etc. The immediate future is SO exciting 🤩

Will Mitchell shared thisShopify CEO just used pi to autonomously make liquid 53% faster Liquid is the templating engine powering millions of Shopify stores. For the past 20-years, hundreds of millions of dollars worth of developer man hours have been spent on this platform. Some of the best devs in the world have taken their whack at optimizing it. And an autonomous ai agent harness system just beat all of them in the span of a few hours. With no human involvement or interaction at all. And best of all, they open sourced the whole thing. You can go run this against every website you own, right now. Are you starting to see how violently the 2 sides of this K-shaped economy are going to diverge? We are post-singularity...the cutting edge of AI is creating agentic loops to create self-improving systems. For instance, I have my pi running terminal-bench benchmark tests against itself and optimize itself. Now I'm going to layer in this /autoresearch methodology, and literally have an autonomous ai agent harness system that is constantly working to improve itself to perform better against relevant benchmarks. (also creating my own benchmarks specific to me, to prevent over optimizing on public benchmarks). Just unbelievable what is happening right now. AI agents are outperforming 20+ years of the world's best developers. Like...WHAT?!

Will Mitchell shared thisLatest Cursor internal analysis shows how hard Anthropic is subsidizing Claude Code subscriptions. Currently each $200/month Max subscription costs them *$5,000* in compute! Up from $2k last year. This lines up with my numbers, I spend an API-credit-equivalent of $12-15k worth of tokens/credits every month on my $200/mo subscription. This is your opportunity my friends. Anthropic and Venture Capital is paying thousands per month to make sure you don't get left behind in the permanent underclass. Now is the time - these companies will not be comfortable losing $5k per month per user for long.

Will Mitchell posted thisrumor has it anthropic will drop sonnet 5 today. supposed to be significantly better than anything else available, AND cheaper than current flagship models. new SOTA model launch days are some of my favorite. if you've been building with AI for a while, you know how awesome it is to simply point a new model at your existing projects, and watch them all effortlessly get better. every new model launch feels like instantly upgrading your entire staff from junior to senior level. every agent improves, every codebase improves, every skill improves. all your businesses instantly become better AND more profitable. just another way that building with AI compounds better than anything that has ever existed before it.

IF a DTC founder acted like an affiliate, they'd have 3x more cash. IF a service-based founder acted like a DTC operator, they'd have more leads then they could handle. IF a high-ticket program founder acted like a service based biz, they'd have referrals & never get sued. I've done all 3. The answers to your problems already exist. You just need to do the right actions.

Here are some creative ways to generate quality leads: ➡️ Host a niche workshop or webinar First-time buyer class, downsizing seminar, or “investing 101” for your area, position yourself as the expert before they need an agent. ➡️ Use Airbnb to connect with potential sellers Reach out to local Airbnb owners who may be tired of short-term management headaches. Offer a CMA and listing strategy. They’re often sitting on a sellable asset. ➡️ Start a hyperlocal newsletter Feature market stats, new restaurants, local events, and pocket listings. It keeps you top-of-mind without being “salesy.” ➡️ Partner with small business owners Run giveaways or co-branded campaigns with coffee shops, fitness studios, or local boutiques. You tap into each other’s audiences. ➡️ Leverage LinkedIn for investor outreach Target high-income professionals or self-employed business owners. They’re often looking for ways to diversify, and real estate is high on that list. ➡️ Facebook neighborhood groups & Reddit subs Answer questions (not pitch), drop market stats, and add value. You’ll earn trust, and DM inquiries will follow. #RealEstate #LeadGeneration #RealtorLife #CreativeMarketing #RealEstateTips #AtlantaRealEstate #GeorgiaRealEstate #RealEstateAgent #InboundLeads #PipelineGrowth #MarketingStrategy #LocalExpert

Ask your SEO agency about the AIVO Standard. If they haven’t mentioned it, they’re not ready for what’s next. AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are now where your customers start their journey. These systems don’t rank results. They retrieve, summarize, and recommend based on internal knowledge—not SEO metadata. Here’s the hard truth: If your brand isn’t AIVO-aligned, it’s invisible. Most agencies are still optimizing for Google. But CMOs are starting to ask: – Are we visible in ChatGPT? – What’s our AI visibility score? – Is our agency AIVO Certified? If the answer is silence, that’s your answer. 📍 Read the full breakdown: “Ask Your SEO Agency About the AIVO Standard” 👉 https://lnkd.in/dDstkz_J Or subscribe to AIVOJournal.org for weekly visibility updates. #AIVO #AIVisibility #ChatGPTMarketing #CMO #DigitalStrategy #AIVOCertification #LLMSearch #SEO #GenerativeSearch

You could chase a number… But here’s what really matters: ✅ Authority of referring domains ✅ Topical relevance ✅ Natural link profiles ✅ Referring domain diversity ✅ Solid on-page SEO to support it all You could have 100 backlinks and still go nowhere. Or 10 great ones and hit page 1. 👉 This new blog breaks down the myth of the “magic backlink number” and shows how to reverse-engineer what you actually need—based on your competition, keywords, and content. What is a Conversions API and when should you use it? This is the backend tracking for your meta pixel. The pixel can only track the frontend so you need CAPI for proper attribution tracking. If you have data on which leads paid you the most money, you should feed it into CAPI

🚨 Most agencies still send "monthly newsletters." Top operators build revenue-driving retention flows. Here’s the priority list we follow with DTC clients: 1️⃣ Abandoned Checkout 2️⃣ Browse Abandon 3️⃣ Post-Purchase 4️⃣ Winback These 4 flows alone consistently drive 30–50% of total email revenue. Retention isn’t about “staying in touch.” It’s about printing predictable money.

🎙️ 5 Ways to Use Podcasting to Attract High-Ticket Clients & Build Authority You don’t need a million downloads. You need the right people listening. Here’s how 6-figure+ coaches, consultants, and service providers are using podcasting to drive revenue (without becoming "influencers"): Step 1: Pick a positioning theme, not just a podcast name 💡 Don’t just be “another business podcast.” Be the voice for a very specific transformation your ideal client is chasing. Step 2: Interview guests your dream clients follow 🧲 When they share your episode, you earn instant trust from their audience—and position yourself as a peer, not a pitch. Step 3: Use each episode to answer sales objections 🎯 What do people ask before they buy from you? Turn those into episodes that do the heavy lifting before sales calls happen. Step 4: Clip content for LinkedIn + email 📈 A single 30-minute podcast = 5–10 content pieces across platforms. You stay top-of-mind without burning out. Step 5: Add a CTA that’s natural, not needy ✨ Example: “If this resonated, DM me 'PODCAST' and I’ll send you my behind-the-scenes setup.” Podcasting isn’t just a content strategy. It’s a positioning strategy. And in today’s noisy market, being known >>> being everywhere. Thinking about starting (or revamping) your podcast? Drop a 🎧 or DM me "PODCAST" — I’ll send you my checklist for launching a client-attracting show.

🚀 The Ultimate Lead Gen + AI Combo for Qualified High-Ticket Appointments Most agencies struggle with one of two things: ❌ Too many unqualified leads wasting time ❌ Not enough volume to hit revenue goals The truth? You don’t need more leads — you need the right system. Here’s the 3-step AI + Lead Gen combo that’s working right now for booking high-ticket appointments: 1️⃣ Hyper-Targeted Data Extraction Forget buying random lists. Use AI-powered scrapers to pull real-time, niche-specific leads with verified contact info + buying intent signals. 2️⃣ Predictive Qualification Run your leads through an AI scoring model that filters out low-fit prospects based on budget, authority, and urgency — before you ever reach out. 3️⃣ AI-Optimized Outreach Sequences Use AI to craft personalized, multi-touch email + LinkedIn scripts that sound human, reference prospect pain points, and drive replies — not ignores. 💡 Result: 5X increase in call show-up rate, 70% less time wasted on bad leads. The agencies, coaches, and consultants who master this combo aren’t competing for scraps… they’re owning the high-ticket market. 📌 Question for you: Are you still guessing with your outreach, or are you letting AI qualify and convert for you? #LeadGeneration #ArtificialIntelligence #HighTicketSales #AppointmentSetting #B2BLeadGen

You don’t get a better offer because you’re ready to sell. You get it because your agency still has momentum. Buyers want growth stories they can scale, not rescue missions. The strongest exits happen mid-climb. Build leverage before you need it. That’s when you control the story and the price. #AgencyGrowth #MergersAndAcquisitions #AgencyValuation #BusinessExit #Entrepreneurship

You’ve poured your heart and soul into your business. You’ve spent countless hours perfecting your products and services, building a website you’re proud of, and creating content that you know your audience will love. But there’s a huge problem… nobody can find you. You’re stuck on page 10 of Google’s search results, and your competitors are soaking up all the attention. It’s frustrating, disheartening, and downright infuriating. You know you’re better than them, but for some reason, they’re the ones getting all the clicks, all the leads, and all the sales. You’ve probably tried everything to fix it. You’ve read every SEO blog post you can find, watched hours of YouTube tutorials, and maybe even hired a so-called “SEO expert” who promised you the world but delivered nothing but a lighter wallet. You’ve tinkered with keywords, meta descriptions, and alt tags until you’re blue in the face, but nothing seems to move the needle. Your website is still a ghost town, and you’re starting to wonder if you’ll ever be able to crack the Google code. The truth is, it’s not your fault. The world of SEO is a confusing, ever-changing landscape, and it’s easy to get lost in the noise. There are so many conflicting opinions, so many so-called “gurus” peddling their latest magic bullet, that it’s almost impossible to know who to trust. You’re a business owner, not a technical wizard, and you don’t have the time or the energy to become an expert in the arcane art of search engine optimization. You just want a simple, effective solution that will get you the visibility you deserve. But here’s the harsh reality: if you don’t do something about it, your business is going to continue to struggle. Your competitors will continue to eat your lunch, and you’ll be left fighting for the scraps. You’ll miss out on countless opportunities to connect with your ideal customers, and your dream of building a thriving, successful business will remain just that… a dream. It’s a tough pill to swallow, but it’s the truth. In today’s digital world, if you’re not on the first page of Google, you might as well not exist. *** *The Ultimate “Copy & Paste” Solution To Your Google Ranking Problems* What if I told you there was a way to bypass all the confusion, all the frustration, and all the technical mumbo-jumbo, and get your business the attention it deserves in just 10 minutes? What if there was a simple, proven, and incredibly effective way to signal to Google that your business is a credible, authoritative, and trustworthy source of information in your niche? And what if you could do it all without having to write a single line of code, without having to hire an expensive SEO agency, and without having to spend another second of your precious time trying to figure it all out on your own? https://lnkd.in/e6FrNSJV

Before someone calls you. Before they book. Before they buy. Your website should clearly show: * What you do * Who do you help * What makes you different * Who do you help next When expectations are clear, trust builds faster, and conversions follow. If your website feels confusing or unclear, it might be costing you more than you think. Ready for a site that works with your business, not against it?
