Built our Lead Router system almost entirely with Claude Code, and I pulled the actual usage data. 197 sessions. 49,154 assistant messages. 6.23 billion tokens. Total cost on my Max subscription: roughly $400 over two months. That same usage at standard API pricing would have been $12,293. Without prompt caching it would have been $94,042. For context, I'm not a software engineer. I run marketing and intake operations for law firms. Mass tort lead gen, intake workflows, disposition logic, data reconciliation between systems. That's my world. The lead router handles all of it. Routing logic, disposition tracking, reconciliation between intake sources and internal trackers, the full workflow that sits between lead sources and litigating firms. What made this work wasn't just the AI writing code. It was the fact that the person building the system is the same person who's lived inside these workflows for years. No requirements docs getting lost in translation. No three-week sprint to discover the edge case I could've flagged on day one. The bottleneck in building ops tools was never the code. It was the gap between the person who knows the problem and the person writing the solution. That gap barely exists anymore. If you're deep in a niche operation and you've been waiting for someone to build exactly what you need, the math looks very different now.

The number of victims that have a valid case against these tech giants is unknown right now but as I look at the state of our world and the negative impact that these companies have made, I can only imagine how many lives have been ruined.
