She put together something really special. Here's the core idea I shared. The B2B landscape has completely shifted in the last two years. AI made content volume explode. Everyone can write now. Everyone can send outbound now. Messages that used to be static and templated are now hyper-personalized and dynamic. But here's the problem. The volume went up across the board. Your inbox is flooded. Your LinkedIn DMs are flooded. Your Gmail is flooded. Be honest. Do you actually read your LinkedIn messages anymore? Do you read cold emails? Most people don't. Now imagine this instead. You've engaged with someone's content four or five times. You've seen their takes. You've commented on their posts. You've liked their stuff. Then they send you a message. You respond. Of course you do. You already know them. B2B growth has always been about trust. It's always been about value. It's always been about familiarity. That hasn't changed. What changed is how you build it. The companies winning right now aren't the ones blasting more messages. They're the ones whose executives and GTM leaders are posting consistent, coordinated content on LinkedIn. Building trust before the first sales call ever happens. "How do we actually execute a weekly forecast call?" Not ARR projections. Not TAM slides. The real question underneath was bigger: how do we add repeatability to our sales cycle? My answer was boring but honest. Start by defining your sales stages. Map the entry and exit criteria for each one. Do it with diligence. Do it with rigor. Every single week. It sounds simple but here's what happens when you do it consistently: you and your team start to actually understand your business. You see where deals stall. You learn why they close. You build the muscle memory of a real sales motion before you ever hire your first salesperson. That conversation would never happen in a boardroom. Sky Yang shared thisThe New York Times just wrote about me leaving a Chinese New Year party early to check on my AI agents. That sentence alone tells you how much the world has changed. A year ago, software was the expensive part. You hired engineers, you built slowly, you waited. Now software is cheap. I run 5 AI agents simultaneously using Anthropic's tools. I upgraded from $20/month to $200/month because the leverage is that insane. Any founder can spin up agents that code, research, draft, and execute. So what's actually expensive now? Knowing what to build. Knowing who to build it for. Knowing why it matters. Direction. Creativity. The human layer. This is exactly why the content landscape is broken right now. AI can mass-produce blog posts, newsletters, and social content at a rate nobody has ever seen. And most of it is slop. Everybody can make a blog now. Everybody can generate a newsletter. So how do you stand out? You don't stand out with volume. You stand out with voice. That's why LinkedIn exploded over the last two years. After COVID, after GPT got good, people realized the only content that cuts through is personal. It's the founder behind the company. The human behind the brand. B2B buyers want to know who you are before they ever get on a call. Trust is the new moat. And trust comes from a real person with a real perspective. This is what we're building at Imagine AI (YC F25). Not another content tool. A content engine that captures the one thing AI can't fake on its own: you. Your voice. Your stories. Your point of view. Sky Yang shared thisWe're hiring our first AE and another engineer at Imagine AI and I needed to figure out what adding one more full-time employee does to our monthly payroll cost. Old way: export payroll data, open a spreadsheet, build formulas, try to make sense of it. I typed one sentence into Rippling AI: "Show me a report that breaks down total payroll cost per worker every month. How would that change if we added one more full time employee?" 30 seconds later I had a full breakdown with projections. No spreadsheet. No guessing. Just the answer. When you're a 4-5 person startup making your first real hires, every dollar matters. Having instant visibility into how that decision impacts your burn is the kind of thing that used to take an hour of spreadsheet work. Eragon just raised $12M led by Arielle Zuckerberg, Cyan Banister and Lee J. at Long Journey. Soma Capital, Axiom Partners, Roo Capital and an incredible group of angels behind them. They're building proprietary intelligence for enterprises. Not generic AI. Models trained on a company's own data that compound privately and never leave their walls. I have Eragon running for me right now. Josh is one of those founders who moves fast and thinks long term at the same time. We've been working closely together, and every piece of content Eragon puts out runs through Imagine AI. This morning was one of those moments where you see everything come together. The fundraise. Qiao Wang is the dad. Everyone else is just trying not to be the first one to leave. 11:30pm on a Tuesday and nobody wants to go home. That's how you know you found the right people. Predexon guys are heading back to Berkeley for a month or two. Genuinely don't know what I'm gonna do after work without them.

A harness is what sits between you and your agents in production, managing which tools they call, how they hold context, and how they recover when things break. The shift: instead of one agent doing everything, a harness coordinates multiple specialized agents across an entire workflow. But here's what I think people are sleeping on: memory is becoming versionable. As agents get long-running and stateful, teams need memory they can inspect, debug, and roll back. Rcih people would gift stock/carry to Nevada trusts before it was worth anything. Then when the company sold, the trusts each got separate QSBS exemptions. Create 5 trusts = get $50m tax-free 🤯 And regardless of what people say, it's 100% legal. In fact here is what one of the most cited judges in American history said (Judge Learned Hand): "Anyone may arrange his affairs so that his taxes shall be as low as possible. He is not bound to choose that pattern which best pays the treasury. There is not even a patriotic duty to increase one's taxes." And he went on to say: "There is nothing sinister in so arranging affairs as to keep taxes as low as possible. Everyone does it, rich and poor alike and all do right, for nobody owes any public duty to pay more than the law demands." This was said almost 100 years ago. And it's still the law today. The only problem is these trusts used to cost $100k+ to set up. So only the rich could afford them... That's what Dynasty is fixing.
