Olivia Gochnour liked thisOlivia Gochnour liked thisLast week, Landon Cherry (Director, Customer Success) and Sterling Frandsen (Manager, Strategic Partnerships) traveled to Cleveland representing Tiled as a proud sponsor of the 2026 Jarrett Supply Chain Summit, and the conversations at our booth were such a highlight. Supply chain teams told us the same thing all week: their content has to work as hard as they do. Static decks and PDFs get skimmed and forgotten. Interactive, personalized content keeps buyers engaged, sparks real conversations, and moves deals forward. Showing attendees content reimagined as an interactive experience never gets old. A huge thank you to the Jarrett team for putting on a first-class event and bringing together such a sharp group of supply chain leaders. Olivia Gochnour liked this10 years... time flies! Some of my favorite startup memories come from the early days of Tiled. Matt and I were deep in the UX/UI, while Darrell Swain and James Gentry were driving sales and building the technology. We were chasing a simple idea... what if static documents felt more like apps? Dynamic, interactive, and trackable. And what if they were incredibly easy for teams to build? It's been amazing to watch that vision grow and see customers like IBM, Manulife, Sunrun, Seismic, and many others push the innovation even further. I'm especially grateful for Darrell Swain's vision and energy, and for everyone who continues to carry the vision forward. And very grateful for our early team who helped bring the idea to life: Alma Madsen, Chase Lindsley, Olivia Gochnour, Salil Apte, Zak Huber, Jake Reni, Ethan Christensen and many others. Olivia Gochnour liked thisThis was my Mom 3 years ago. I picked her up off the streets passed out, drunk with a broken arm and rib, a bruised face, covered in her own throw up and yellow skin from malnourishment. Rather than taking her to a motel or the homeless shelter like I had done many times before, I decided to try something new to break the cycle. My Mom is a very creative person but I couldn’t remember the last time she had done something creative. So, my sisters and I decided to spend the next day with her writing a Christmas story for all the grandkids and read it to them on Christmas Day. We came up with a beautiful story of HOPE! After spending all day writing and crafting, she told us about the dream she had to write stories with meaningful messages for kids and parents. I told her “LET’S MAKE IT HAPPEN!” The next day she checked herself into rehab where she spent 4 months healing. I’m proud and grateful to say she just reached her 3 year sobriety date!!! …AND NOT ONLY THAT but she finished the book, got it published and printed just in time for Christmas!!!!
