Rayden Remedios CSM Yes, it has. They now offer what is called "dual pricing," but it must be clearly displayed like a gas station. So if a convenience store or liquor store has 500 items, each must be clearly priced as Cash or Credit. They cannot offer a cash discount or charge an additional fee for credit card use. If they don't follow Visa/MasterCard regulations, they could be subject to a $1,000 fine per incident, lose their processing privileges, or get blacklisted. Visa and MasterCard have started fining merchants as of Q4 2025.
