Nick Beil shared thisLove this new campaign that we launched to reflect the need for 1:1, personalized communications. Well done Priya Gill and the rest of the Iterable brand team!Nick Beil shared thisA few weeks ago I shared a post about the dreaded "Hi, {first_name}" e-mail and the comments were gold. Someone once received a "Hi, None." Someone else got a blank — just "Hi ," nameless. One told the story of getting recommended more sofas after she'd just bought one. Iterable's CEO Sam Allen said he might change my Slack name to "hi_first_name." Fair. But under all of it was the same point: customers can tell when personalization isn't actually personal. And usually, that's not a creative problem. It's what happens when marketers are working around the limitations of their technology instead of technology working for them. So we gave "Hi, {first_name}" a face. Meet him below. It's time to unsubscribe from limitations.

Nick Beil shared thisWe're working hard to accelerate time to value for the Iterable community. Our August product spotlight is laser focused on exactly that. Congrats to the team for helping to evolve the platform so quickly. Reach out to me directly with any feedback you have on these new experiences!Nick Beil shared thisAccelerate your path from idea to launch. A great campaign idea can come together in an afternoon. Getting it live? That’s usually where things get interesting. You inherit a journey no one documented. You click every link by hand before hitting send. You write a workaround just to personalize one line of copy. Suddenly, the “quick campaign” isn’t so quick. This month's Product Spotlight goes after that friction directly. The new Journeys Summary Agent explains how a journey actually works in plain language, so you're not guessing before you make a change. We also gave Review Agent and Handlebars Agent some updates. Review Agent is an extra set of eyes before you publish, catching things like spelling mistakes and broken links right inside the editor you're already using. And Handlebars Agent lets you personalize campaigns without touching a line of code, now available in the Drag and Drop editor, too! Together, our August Product Spotlight means less time figuring out what you're working with, less time double-checking your own work, and more time actually launching. Move from idea to execution faster and with more confidence with Iterable: https://lnkd.in/ebKNTBZf #ProductSpotlight #Innovation

Nick Beil shared thisI can't tell you how excited I am to be partnering with Teri Hatfield again! We had a great run together at Salesforce and Tableau, and now we're bringing the same drive, energy and innovation to Iterable. LFG.Nick Beil shared thisToday I'm excited to join Iterable as Chief Revenue Officer. Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to help organizations navigate some of the industry's biggest technology shifts—from digital transformation at Verizon, to changing the way organizations visualize and understand data at Tableau, to helping shape the next generation of AI-powered customer engagement at Salesforce. Each chapter reinforced the same lesson: technology creates new possibilities, but meaningful change happens when people know how to apply it. I've come to believe that great customer relationships don't start with technology. They start with understanding your customers. Trusted customer data creates understanding. Agentic AI makes that understanding actionable. Execution creates exceptional customer experiences. That's what drew me to Iterable. Iterable stood out because it's built around that belief. Helping brands transform trusted customer understanding into intelligent, real-time customer engagement is exactly where I believe marketing is headed. It's exactly the kind of challenge I was hoping to find. I'm especially excited to partner again with Sam Allen. Sam leads with clarity, trusts great people to do great work, makes decisions, and creates a culture of accountability. As he often says, "clarity is kind." It's a leadership philosophy I deeply respect. I'm also excited to join Nick Beil, Priya Gill, Samya D., Andrew Boni, Victor Rago, Vasu Kohli , Carrie Messner, and Jim Bartolomea. Equally compelling is the team behind it. From my very first conversations, I felt a shared vision, an urgency to execute, and a level of trust that's increasingly rare. It's a culture where talented people challenge one another, make decisions, hold each other accountable, and move forward together with a shared commitment to customers and to one another. There are so many talented people I'm looking forward to working with—I'll recognize more of them in the comments below. I'm excited for what's ahead. Let's get to work.

Nick Beil shared thisThe Product Development team at Iterable continues to ship high impact agents for marketers. See how we're accelerating time to value for some of our top marketers in our June release spotlight!Nick Beil shared thisMost marketing teams are still doing by hand what AI should be doing by now. This spring, we shipped five Nova agents built directly into Iterable — each one designed to take a specific piece of manual work off your plate: campaign QA, A/B testing, personalization logic, performance analytics, and full campaign execution via natural language. Customer results since our launch have been hard to ignore: Babylist reclaimed 50% of their team's bandwidth, Tandem - Language Exchange tripled their testing volume, Intelligent Lending estimated 1–2 hours saved per week, Priceline is moving faster from insight to execution, and Joybird is going from a new strategy to an optimized journey without the usual bottlenecks. That's five real teams, using five agents, shipping faster and personalizing smarter inside the platform they already use. We are continuing to build what we launched in April — with improvements to Nova Agent that make it faster to access, easier to navigate, and more responsive to what teams actually need. And that's not all! We're also releasing additional AI/ML improvements that deliver more accurate insights and a smoother, more intuitive Nova Agent experience. Nick Beil shared thisI am proud to be named a Leader in Snowflake's Modern Marketing Data Stack! We see that marketing intelligence is getting centralized in the lakehouse and we are working with Snowflake to ensure Iterable customers can leverage that intelligence in real time to drive higher yield and increase customer lifetime value. Read more in out blog post here.Nick Beil shared thisFor the fourth year, Iterable has been named a Leader in Activation and Delivery in Snowflake's Modern Marketing Data Stack, 5th Edition. This year's report captures a shift that's been building for a while: enterprise marketing is moving away from fragmented tools and toward AI-driven, agentic systems built on governed data. The brands that make that transition first are the ones pulling ahead. That's exactly the gap Iterable and Snowflake are built to close together. And four years as a Leader tells us we're doing that for our joint customers. The urgency is real — 60% of marketers still wait 24 weeks to act on campaign learnings. That lag is where opportunity slips away. Read our blog post to explore the full report, dig into what this recognition means for modern marketers, and learn how our partnership with Snowflake fuels AI-powered customer engagement: https://ow.ly/Oc4u50Zfh4Z

Nick Beil shared thisReally excited about deepening our partnership with Databricks! For customers who don't want to copy data, we are actively developing alongside our lakehouse partners to align with your architecture. Thanks Adeel Abbas, Kelly Ann Bauer Adam Westrich and Cindy Jiang for ensuring Iterable customers will have access to test out the new CustomerLake!Nick Beil shared thisIterable is proud to be a launch partner for CustomerLake, Databricks' new Agentic CDP built natively into the Data + AI platform your team already runs on. For our joint customers, it means customer context, AI models, and governance living in the same foundation — so campaigns can move at the speed of customer behavior, without duplicating data or adding more martech complexity to problems that shouldn't exist. AI-native customer engagement, no IT permission slip required. Read our release and learn more about our partnership with Databricks: https://ow.ly/h9QZ50ZcjEB

Nick Beil shared thisThe team at Iterable continues to increase velocity in shipping impactful features that our customers need! Our new send time optimization model is showing a massive increase in click-thru rate. Check these new features out!Nick Beil shared thisMost marketing programs today sprawl across approximately 14 platforms, 6 dashboards, and one person saying “I’ll pull the numbers.” Iterable’s May Release cuts through that complexity, making your marketing more connected, more visible, and easier to act on. This month’s updates include: ✨ Email Link Shortener to reduce clipping risk and improve deliverability 📊 Expanded Data Sync support with SFTP destinations, EU data center availability, and user profile exports ⏱️ New Send Time Decisioning lift reporting and upgraded STO 2.0 modeling 🎯 Direct Google Ads audience syncing from Iterable journeys 📱 Embedded Messaging support for React Native apps These enhancements help marketers work from more reliable data, better understand performance, and create customer experiences that feel consistent across every channel. Learn how we’re making marketers’ lives easier — and more connected. https://ow.ly/BcLU50Z4KGm

Nick Beil shared thisThe product development team at Iterable has been crushing it. So excited for the feedback we are getting from our customers and partners on this latest release. Great work team! Christian Reuter Julia Erlandson Thiesen Rob Hall Steve Chiou Jessica Torrez Riley Michael Silber Michael Seiden Kevin Meadows Srimitha SrinivasanNick Beil shared thisGrowth and relevance, without compromise. The best teams are driving more from the same spend, moving faster, personalizing deeper, and staying in control of their brand. And yet… a lot of teams are stuck in the same, inefficient loop: slow execution, planning cycles that never seem to end, and AI that makes every brand sound like it was written by the same polite robot. We can do better than that. Our Spring Product Release, just announced at Activate Summit, is designed for teams that refuse to settle. It delivers exceptional growth from the same budget, without overworking your team. Here are the innovations that will push your marketing past small wins and into real performance: 🙋 Nova Agent: AI that helps teams move faster by building personalization, running experiments, sharing performance insights, and making sure messages are ready to send. 🖥️ Command Center: If your strategy depends on a post-mortem, it’s already over. This is real-time visibility, so you can always hit your goals. 👤 Unknown User Activation: “Anonymous traffic” is just revenue wearing a fake mustache. Now you can identify it, engage it, and convert it. ✨ Google Ads Integration: Paid and owned finally get couples therapy. Cleaner audiences, less wasted spend, and targeting that’s actually coordinated. 🔒 Stored Messages: Because “we think that’s what we sent” is not a sentence you want to say out loud. Full receipts, always. If you’ve been asked to do more with the same budget (again), you’ll want to see this ⬇️ https://lnkd.in/epEVNgJt

Nick Beil shared thisI am so excited to be heading to LA this week with others from Iterable for my first Activate Summit! We are revealing so much of the hard work over the past 6 months to bring a new system for growth to our Iterable community and I can't wait for the feedback! Tune in for our Product Showcase where I will be joined by Julia Erlandson Thiesen and Rob Hall to showcase Nova Intelligence, and all of the latest innovations that will bring us closer to AI-managed lifecycle growth.Nick Beil shared thisNext week, Iterable is heading to Los Angeles for Activate Summit. I can’t wait to soak up some LA sunshine, and to see our global community at our keystone event. On the morning of April 22, I’ll be on stage with Priya Gill, Nick Beil, and our product leaders for our keynote, “A New System for Growth.” Together, we’ll explore a shift already underway—from managing campaigns to focusing on real outcomes—and how intelligent systems are changing the way brands connect with their customers and drive material growth. I am also very excited to unveil new AI-native product capabilities that turn marketer intent into decisions at scale. We are helping teams move faster, drive stronger performance, and unlock dramatic new ways of working. I’m really looking forward to spending time with our customers and partners—and to bringing leaders together to share what’s working, pressure-test ideas, and push each other forward. It’s going to be a big week. We may also have some surprises along the way! If you’re in Los Angeles April 21–23, join us to see where we’re headed: https://lnkd.in/gHivUFjj #LFG

I recently sat down with Mike Giambattista on the Customerland podcast, and we didn't waste time talking about which AI tools to use or how to write better prompts. We talked about what happens when marketing organizations, already over-optimized for volume and velocity, collide with technology that makes output essentially free. The reality? - AI is very good at producing work that looks right. - It is very good at converging on the middle. - It will flatten your brand voice if you let it. As we discussed in the episode, the new job of the CMO isn't just "shipping things." It’s aligning budget, talent, and priorities so that marketing efforts actually connect to business outcomes. AI doesn't decide what matters. That part of the job never went away—it just got harder to fake. Thanks for having me, Mike. It was a fun one! AI has changed how marketing teams think. It hasn’t changed how most teams execute. Ideas happen in ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini. Execution still lives across a maze of tools, handoffs, and status checks. That gap — between thinking and doing — is where momentum gets lost. We built Asana AI connectors because AI shouldn’t sit outside the work. When your AI tools can see what’s actually happening across campaigns and launches, teams stay aligned and move faster — without more meetings or busywork. AI that helps you think is powerful. AI that helps teams execute together is transformative. That’s the shift we’re making. 👉 https://lnkd.in/gfPm7K6m

AI readiness doesn't show up in a vendor demo. It shows up in how your organization answers basic operational questions. Can we map how work actually flows today? Do we know where decisions get stuck? Can we measure cycle time by process, not anecdote? Do we have clear ownership for outcomes, not just tasks? Can we explain why a system made a specific decision? If any answer is "sort of" or "we're working on it," you're not ready to deploy agents at scale. You might be ready for a pilot. A small, bounded, highly monitored pilot. But not production. Not yet. Readiness isn't about technology maturity. It's about organizational clarity. AI accelerates what you already have. Make sure you have something worth accelerating.

I rarely make predictions, but... No company founded after 2026 will organically grow to more than 10k FTEs. The leverage of rapid iterative decision loops by teams using best-in-class AI has reached escape velocity over traditional economies of scale.

Interesting new AEO research from our partners at AirOps in a survey of 300+ marketing leaders - 86.6% are prioritizing AI search. Only 7.4% think they're actually advanced at AI. Measurement confidence is still emerging as well with 36% saying they have low confidence in their measurement abilities vs only 23% saying high confidence. So it's clearly important - but it's unclear the formula to win, and emerging on how to even tell if you are winning. In B2B buying, as agents get asked for more comparison-style recommendations (e.g. "best X for me" "help me decide between vendor A vs B") - I think we're quickly going to realize that AEO isn't just a technical content creation distribution problem. It's a trust problem. AI makes it nearly free for every vendor to create unlimited amounts of content saying they're the fastest, easiest, highest-ROI solution in their category. So what does an AI agent use to figure out what's actually true? Increasingly, we're seeing one thing that can make a big impact is the quality of customer evidence: real customer experiences, quantified outcomes, third-party validation, verified research and attributable proof. And that evidence can't just live in a single customers page with filters. It needs to be structured, crawlable, attributable and directly accessible to agents - and actually (re)included and cited on all the product, solution, competitive pages, microsites/landing pages, etc (check out the new UserEvidence + AirOps integration which can help with this). We're moving from optimizing webpages for search engines → to optimizing knowledge for agents. And when content becomes infinite, trusted evidence becomes scarce. Every morning, someone at an e-commerce brand opens six tabs, cross-references three dashboards, and decides what to do with their ad spend. AI was supposed to fix that. It mostly hasn't. For most e-commerce brands, AI is an expensive way to find an insight that you still have to act on yourself. I demo this stuff for a living, and the pattern is always the same: the AI spits out a recommendation, then leaves a human to go make every change by hand. That's not AI saving you time. That's AI giving you more homework. Gartner says 40%+ of agentic AI projects get scrapped by 2027. The model isn't the problem. Generic tools never learn how you actually work, your numbers, your rules, your goals, so they never cross from "here's an insight" to "I did it for you." They hand the work back every time. Moby 2 is our answer. Not a generic chatbot. Not a dashboard with a chat window bolted on. It knows your business in real time and it has hands: pause a campaign, build an audience, sync it to Klaviyo, publish a Shopify discount, all from a single prompt, all grounded in cross-channel measurement you can trust. Today, we're shipping the newest piece of that: Moby Automations. You hand Moby a recurring job once: "Scale any campaign beating my ROAS goal." "Pause anything that spends $150 with no sales." "Post the daily marketing report to Slack." It runs on a schedule, on its own, and queues every action for your approval. Nothing happens without your yes. The part I didn't expect: True Classic already runs 100% of their Meta spend through Triple Whale and Moby. Their CEO's line stuck with me: "Meta is our largest channel. If we trust this system with our largest channel, that's exciting." A billion-dollar brand handing its biggest channel to automation says more than any benchmark I could quote. I've sat through a lot of AI demos that look incredible and do nothing. Building the version that actually does the work has been the most fun I've had in this role. On the 17th, Jason Lu walks through how he turned 8-hour days into 20-minute ones. Honest question for the operators here: what's the one task you'd hand off tomorrow if you actually trusted the AI to do it? https://lnkd.in/dGBiZfc7 #ecommerce #DTC #AIagents #performancemarketing #mediabuying #triplewhale

AI's 2026 ROI reckoning starts now. In our first episode of The Hidden Future of AI, our forecasters deliver the three hardest truths every Enterprise leader must face to survive this pivot: 1. The great AI ROI reckoning: If you can't show business impact in three to six months, you're done. 2. The rise of true autonomous agents: Agents now make decisions and adapt without a human script. 3. The forward-deployed engineer Boom: FDEs will be the highest-paid talent for integrating AI with legacy systems. This is one of four sessions in The Hidden Future of AI series.
