Morgan Waller Scott shared thisA big moment at #AGBreakthrough26 — Alexander Kluczka on stage for the very first time, sharing BMS’ experience deploying NavaX. The results? Significant efficiency gains in case processing and real operational impact. What made it powerful wasn’t just the outcomes — it was the honesty about what it takes to achieve them. Alex, thank you for your leadership and for sharing BMS’ journey with this community. We’re grateful you joined us. 🥂Morgan Waller Scott shared thisFollowing his #AGBreakthrough26 packed-house keynote session this morning, Alexander Kluczka (BMS) joins Morgan Waller Scott Scott to share what it really takes to move from AI vision to operational value. Listen as Alexander reflects on Bristol Myers Squibb’s recent experience going live with NavaX — and why collaboration between pharma, business partners, and technology partners is paramount to effectively operationalizing AI. #NavaX #OperationalizeAI #AI #Pharma

Morgan Waller Scott shared thisSafety teams are facing rising volumes, expanding data sources, and increasing regulatory pressure. Adding more reports and manual review doesn’t scale. What does? Intelligence embedded directly into the workflow. That’s why we introduced Signals Agents, powered by NavaX — an active, intelligent partner for signaling. Built on a reasoning-based orchestration engine across safety, data, analytics, and workflows, it delivers context-aware decision support so signal and risk management teams can act with greater speed, consistency, and confidence. This isn’t about replacing experts. It’s about augmenting them — connecting patterns across domains, reducing noise without sacrificing sensitivity, and providing explainable insight behind every recommendation. Loved hearing Amrit Gill, MD MBA speak at #AGBreakthrough26 yesterday and spending a few extra minutes with her. Thank you for sharing your insights, Dr. Gill. 💫Morgan Waller Scott shared thisToday's sessions at #AGBreakthrough26 may be winding down, but the game-changing conversations are just getting started. Following this afternoon's panel discussion, "Signals Management Reimagined," Morgan Waller Scott is joined by Amrit Gill, MD MBA to unpack key takeaways - including her thoughts on what’s new (and next) in the evolution of signals detection and management. #SignalDetection #SignalsManagement #AI #NavaX #Pharma

Morgan Waller Scott shared thisBreakthrough is officially underway here in Madrid — a city that perfectly reflects where life sciences is today: grounded in strong foundations, yet constantly evolving. AI is everywhere in our industry, but far fewer organizations have fully operationalized it at scale. That gap is what we’re here to tackle. Over the next two days, we’ll hear from peers connecting data across domains, embedding intelligence into daily decisions, and moving forward confidently under regulatory scrutiny. Because no company is solving these challenges alone. The more we learn from each other, the faster we move — and the better we serve patients. Happy to have shared the stage this morning with our CEO, Aman Wasan ... Welcome to #AGBreakthrough26Morgan Waller Scott shared thisHola, Madrid! 👋 We are officially underway as we welcome hundreds of Life Sciences leaders to Breakthrough 2026. Over the next two days, we will explore what it truly means to operationalize AI — moving beyond experimentation to embedding intelligence into the core of Safety, Regulatory, and R&D IT operations. #AGBreakthrough26 is where it all happens. Watch this space for major announcements, key takeaways, and on-the-ground highlights from sessions this week. #Pharma #AI #LifeSciences #OperationalizingAI #NavaX #BT26

Morgan Waller Scott shared thisJust finished 2 energizing days in Madrid with our global sales team at the 2026 Sales Kick Off — and one thing is clear: this is a defining year for our products, our brand, and our market impact. With major announcements and launches ahead, we’re entering this year with real momentum. The alignment across sales, marketing, product, and services at SKO shows how we’ll win — together. Excited for what’s next as we continue redefining #OperationalizeAI across Life Sciences.

Morgan Waller Scott shared thisbreak·through (noun) a sudden, dramatic, and important discovery or development Each year, one initiative rises above the rest — and for me, that’s Breakthrough. ✨ It’s far more than an event. It helps shape our entire year from a marketing and customer engagement standpoint. It’s where strategy sharpens, relationships deepen, and ideas turn into real momentum. In many ways, it’s the pinnacle of how we engage and evolve with our customers. Here’s a little trip down memory lane from past Breakthroughs... A huge thank you to our incredible marketing team — the planning, creativity, and precision that goes into preparing for this is truly exceptional. I can’t wait to see #AGBreakthrough26 come to life this week!

Morgan Waller Scott shared thisThere’s a big difference between talking about AI and actually delivering it. 2025 showed real progress in how life sciences organizations are using AI, with strong customer growth and rapid adoption of NavaX across the platform. In 2026, we’re focused on scaling intelligent orchestration and raising the bar for what a true data intelligence partner looks like. Our team is working alongside industry leaders to move first and help set the standard for what comes next, and I couldn't be more excited for what's in store for ArisGlobal this year! #lifesciences #pharmacovigilance #regulatoryaffairs #NavaXMorgan Waller Scott shared thisIn 2025, our team was busy making waves — and we’re not slowing down. Over the last year, ArisGlobal has gained significant momentum marked by sustained customer growth, successful global implementations, and accelerated adoption of NavaX AI-powered capabilities across the entire R&D IT ecosystem. Last year proved what’s possible when AI is deployed responsibly and designed for real-world operations. Now, 2026 will be about scaling that momentum — expanding intelligent orchestration and cementing ArisGlobal as the data intelligence and technology partner of choice for Life Sciences organizations. Morgan Waller Scott shared thisI’ve been thinking and reading a lot about #microshifting — the emerging work model where people break the traditional 9-to-5 into short, intentional bursts spread across the day. It’s not about working less; it’s about working smarter, around your energy, life, and priorities. In my role as Chief of Staff and Head of Marketing, I collaborate with an incredible global team at ArisGlobal — people in different cultures, across multiple time zones, all balancing work, family, and creativity in their own ways. Could microshifting let us align around outcomes, not just hours, and trust each other to deliver? Could it challenges us too — how do we stay connected when our schedules don’t always overlap? How do we preserve sanity while juggling bursts of focused work, collaboration, and personal time? One excellent piece capturing this shift is a Forbes article that argues microshifting “signals the end of the traditional 9-to-5” and calls for trust over tracking. What do you think about microshifting — liberation or recipe for burnout?Have you tried it yourself, or led teams that operate this way? Drop a comment; I'd love to hear what's working/what's not. https://lnkd.in/gAW6wEjVThe Future Of Work Is Microshifting, Not Remote Or HybridThe Future Of Work Is Microshifting, Not Remote Or Hybrid

Morgan Waller Scott liked thisEnterprise-scale AI operationalization is no longer aspirational — it is happening now, and our customers are leading the way. I'm proud to share that a Top 20 global pharmaceutical company has gone live with the full LifeSphere Safety Suite, powered by NavaX. This is one of the most complex implementations we've successfully deployed yet, including the migration of millions of cases and documents made possible by strong collaboration across global teams. This industry leader now leverages the full power of a truly connected, AI-powered Safety ecosystem, and they chose ArisGlobal as the partner to get them there. This is exactly the kind of customer momentum that drives us forward. The recent release of the World Health Organization’s guidelines—developed in collaboration with leading Patient Blood Management (PBM) organizations worldwide—has set the stage for a new era of growth in this vital area of medicine. For the first time, companies can move forward with confidence, knowing that innovation in PBM can align directly with globally recognized standards. One area that has always needed further development is public engagement. Building a branding bridge between PBM academia, healthcare innovation, and global stakeholders will benefit everyone involved by increasing public and patient awareness. How Products Targeting Women’s Iron Deficiency and Anemia Can Outperform in the Market The women’s health space—especially around #anemia and iron deficiency—is no longer just a gap. It’s a $360 billion opportunity for innovation, education, and market leadership. We’re helping brands unlock that potential by introducing the Anemia Insignia, a symbol designed to bridge the critical 30% gap in provider–patient trust, communication, and visibility. When placed on products, it signals credibility, compassion, and a commitment to underserved needs. — But we’re not stopping there. Through Patient Blood Management (#PBM) integration and our Regular Self Monitoring (#RSM) initiative, we’re shifting awareness from reactive to proactive—empowering women to track, manage, and own their health outcomes. — Backed by strategic storytelling and our expanding social media presence, we give the Anemia Insignia the spotlight it deserves—positioning it not just as a symbol, but as a movement. Let’s build together where care, innovation, and awareness meet. Because when we support women’s health, we don’t just fill a gap—we change the game. #WomensHealth #AnemiaAwareness #IronDeficiency #PatientBloodManagement #RegularSelfMonitoring #HealthEquity #HealthcareInnovation #FemTech #TrustDrivenBranding #RSM

🩸 PBM+ | Global Acronym vs. Symbol — which truly engages the public? For years, "PBM" (Patient Blood Management) has been a clinical acronym familiar to medical professionals. But familiarity doesn’t equal engagement. The public remains unaware. Confused. Disconnected. Then came PBM+™ — a unified global symbol designed to close the gap between clinical strategy and public understanding. As this AI-powered forecast reveals: 🔹 The acronym is growing slowly. 🔴 The symbol is accelerating rapidly — and becoming the public face of a vital movement in global health. Backed by the World Health Organization’s guidelines and strengthened by public trust, PBM+ is doing what acronyms can’t: → Creating visibility → Driving patient-centered awareness → Inspiring equity across healthcare systems The data is clear. The symbol works. 💡 It's time for global health leaders, pharma, hospitals, and organizations to choose to help shape the next era of patient care. #PBMPlus #PBM #PatientBloodManagement #GlobalHealth #HealthEquity #WHO #HealthcareCommunication #AIHealthcare #SymbolPower #EngagementMatters #BloodManagement

Now you know where patients stand. The irony is hard to ignore: Patient Blood Management rarely puts the patient first. According to our AI-generated analysis, patients are perceived as having the least ownership or influence in PBM—behind clinicians and industry innovators. The very acronym was meant to protect them, but somewhere along the way, their voice was lost. Patients needed their own identity. That’s why we created the #PBM+ symbol—the first and only universal mark designed to give patients visibility, identity, and protection in the global PBM conversation. This symbol isn’t just about recognition. It’s about restoring balance and reclaiming the patient’s rightful place at the center of care. If you're aligned with our mission to make the patient the priority, then now is the time to partner. Because the future of Patient Blood Management must finally start with the patient.

𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 In a recent interview on NetworkPharma.tv, Dan Buckland, Director at Brandcast Health, discusses the importance of strategic thinking when assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) in healthcare marketing. He advises focusing on two core performance indicators: conversion rate and cost per conversion. According to Buckland, these two KPIs most effectively reflect the return on investment of marketing campaigns. He cautions against considering an overwhelmingly large number of KPIs. He also suggests not relying heavily on engagement metrics such as impressions or likes, which may not translate into meaningful behaviour changes. The poll included answers from 95 respondents active in research. Over 60% of the respondents expressed interest in using AI tools for manuscript development. However, many also showed concern regarding data integrity, ethical use, transparency and authorship challenges. As the 2025 #ASCO meeting concludes, I’m curious: did your team “win the meeting”? PR agencies often talk about “winning” the medical meeting. Did you win ASCO? The answer is subjective. The data that demonstrated the most improvement on outcomes can win the meeting. So can the most highly attended late breaker session. Or the poster that generated the most foot traffic. If you’re a commercial marketer or a sales rep, the most booth visitor badges scanned wins. Corporate communications and IR folks may measure wins by the number of investor or BD meetings. For the PR team, quality of coverage, message pull-through, number of interviews, spokesperson quotes, social media conversation, and most importantly, earned response to a call-to-action, signify a win. The value of relationships built with reporters and KOLs are also indicators of a successful meeting. So is face time with clients and prospects, as my fellow agency colleagues will attest to. Regardless of what “win the meeting” means to you, one universal truth remains consistent - measure the impact, showcase results, and sustain the momentum to build on the successes. ✅ Turn appropriate content into evergreen assets. ✅ Advance the stories seeded with media. ✅ Follow-up with new contacts. ✅ Share wins across the client organization, so more leaders see your agency as a strategic partner that brings value and can deliver success for future meetings. I hope you’re coming home from #ASCO2025 a victorious winner. 🏆 ---------- 𝘏𝘪, 𝘐’𝘮 𝘑𝘰𝘴𝘩𝘶𝘢, 𝘢 𝘗𝘙 𝘱𝘳𝘰 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘢 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘵. Great insight from my 3D colleagues on how sponsors should navigate the drug approval process under the current administration. With less advisory committee meetings and less transparency, it’s critical to seek earlier opportunities in the review process to involve expert and patient perspectives.

Kudos to Kim for speaking up and out for the critical role good comms play in corporate success. Another data point is the overwhelming majority of buy side investors who when polled say that good communication enhances shareholder value. The problem is often one of P&L categories. Comms and IR teams are staff and not line functions. So it’s hard to quantify the value. But we all know it when we see it.

Wonderful gathering of incredible communications leaders, getting real about what it takes to communicate with clarity. One of the common threads: thoughtful assessment and adaptability. How are stakeholders shifting? Are all the right communications elements fully dialed in? Is there a better, more high impact path to consider? It was a good reminder of why I love working in communications. We also shared insights from our latest Brands in Motion study, developed with Ipsos, which underscores the importance of staying tuned in and adaptable. The research explores how expectations are shifting—and what audiences need most right now. Spoiler: It’s not perfection. It’s honesty, action, and the courage to evolve. #WeBrandsInMotion #Communications #Leadership #Adaptability

Pretty much every digital health vendor now claims to be "AI-powered," but how do you cut through the marketing noise to find solutions that actually deliver? I chatted with Dr. Anand Rao, PhD, MBA and Sundar Subramanian to find out. Here are some of the strategies they shared with me: -- Start with the problem, not the technology. Don't ask "Where can I plug AI?" Instead, identify your specific outcome first, then determine if AI can help achieve it. -- Understand what's under the hood. Ask vendors about their underlying AI technology. Is it traditional predictive modeling, generative AI or multi-agent systems? Each serves a different purpose. -- Demand proof, not promises. Request real-world case studies, performance metrics and detailed explanations beyond flashy marketing materials. As Dr. Rao noted: "Just because we've got LLMs, we don't have to ditch all the things that are currently working."
