Megan T. reposted thisMegan T. reposted thisI'm hiring a Director of Partnerships for HubSpot's App Partner ecosystem. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced ecosystem leader to helm the next stage of our journey, working with a small-but-mighty team of global partner managers to drive product innovation and revenue growth through deep integrations, built-for-HubSpot native apps, and joint go-to-market motions. Today, we have over 1,800 apps and integrations in our ecosystem. With some of the incredible developments we have underway with our platform and AI, this could easily double over the next 2 years. But more important than quantity is the *quality* of these apps — and the value customers unlock with them. IDC has estimated that there will be $30 billion worth of partner opportunity on the HubSpot platform by 2028. Can you help us build that? This role needs to balance a strategic approach to partner management at scale, covering the breadth of our ISV ecosystem, with strong, hands-on business development leadership to drive meaningful impact for HubSpot and partners alike. It requires a mix of partnership, product, and sales/marketing savvy. To qualify for this position, you must have significant experience leading a tech partnerships team, in an ecosystem that has scaled to at least several hundred ISVs. While experience in channel partnerships would be useful — especially as we orchestrate more collaborations between our App Partners and HubSpot Solutions Partners — this role really needs someone who deeply understands the dynamics of tech/ISV partners. Intrigued? Please read the full job posting here: https://lnkd.in/eHWZusFU If you decide to apply, I'd simply ask that you do so through the link on the posting, so our recruiting team can officially engage with you. Thank you! #partnerships #ecosystems #martech cc: Karen Ng Kelly Sarabyn Asher Mathew Chris Samila Tai Rattigan

Stefanie Chiras can understand it from first principles, engineer a path to enterprise scale, and build the ecosystem that helps others succeed. Few executives have her range. Stefanie studied mechanical engineering at Harvard University, earned an M.S. and Ph.D. in materials science at UC Santa Barbara, and completed postdoctoral research at Princeton University. Her career has spanned silicon technology, memory systems, microprocessors, hardware architecture, enterprise Linux, global partnerships, and now AI. That engineering foundation is visible in how she leads and greps. At Red Hat, Stefanie has led the Red Hat Enterprise Linux business, the Platforms Business Group, and global Partner Ecosystem Success. Today, she leads The Open Accelerator and Red Hat’s work to help catalyze Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ AI ecosystem. She can move from the material properties of a system to its architecture, from architecture to product, and from product to market without losing the engineering truth underneath any of it. Through The Open Accelerator, which is a collaboration among Red Hat, IBM Ventures, and the MASSTECH’s Massachusetts AI Hub, Stefanie supports founders at the earliest stages, when an idea may be powerful but the path to a secure, scalable, trustworthy company is still unclear. The Boston-based program connects early-stage AI startups with open-source tools, technical mentorship, enterprise expertise, investors, and a community of builders. It helps founders cross the difficult distance between a promising prototype and a product capable of succeeding inside real organizations. What Stefanie is creating is more than an accelerator. It is connective tissue for the Commonwealth—bringing founders, engineers, enterprises, universities, investors, government, and the open-source community together around a shared ambition for Massachusetts AI. That is exactly why I asked Stefanie to join the Boston AI Week Board. She brings technical mastery, executive leadership, ecosystem judgment, and a genuine commitment to entrepreneurs. She understands that the most consequential support often arrives before success is obvious. For all her accomplishments, Stefanie is also warm, generous, funny, and genuinely fun to spend time with. She brings enormous seriousness to the work without making every conversation feel serious. Stefanie, thank you for your leadership, your support of Boston’s entrepreneurs, your belief in Boston AI Week, and the extraordinary work you are doing for Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. It is a privilege to build alongside you. We are fortunate to have you on the Board. And Massachusetts is stronger because you are helping its earliest AI ideas become enduring companies. #HumansInAI #BostonAIWeek #RedHat

Megan T. reacted on thisThank you for the kind words Judah Phillips. Excited to be helping to shape the future of AI events in our community, and thank you for your leadership in this movement. Boston AI Week 2026 will be one of the most impactful community events for entrepreneurs in Boston and greater New England, this decade. For those interested in joining, either through volunteer or participation, checkout the links in this re-post for more details!Megan T. reacted on thisHumans in AI: Scott Weller Boston AI Week Board Member The most valuable advisor is not the person with the most opinions. It is the person whose judgment has been tested by building products, hiring teams, raising capital, navigating crises, answering to customers, and carrying companies through an exit. Scott Weller has lived every part of that journey. As Co-Founder and CTO of EnFi, Inc, Scott is applying AI to one of the economy’s most consequential and demanding systems: commercial lending. EnFi is building AI agents that help banks analyze credit, underwrite loans, and monitor risk via work where speed matters, but trust and judgment matter even more. Scott is an operator in the fullest sense of the word. He helped build Gamesville.com before its acquisition by LYCOS, led product and technology at Gamelogic before its acquisition by SCIENTIFIC GAMES, and co-founded SessionM, serving as CTO through its acquisition by Mastercard. Three chapters. Three exits. Three generations of technology. That record creates something no résumé can fully capture: pattern recognition earned under pressure. Scott knows how promising ideas become real products, how strong teams are built, how technology breaks at scale, and how founders make decisions when every available option is imperfect. He has also invested in more than 30 companies and contributes to Boston’s investor community through 10X Venture Partners and TBD Angels. But what makes him such a valuable investor is not simply the capital he provides. It is the wisdom he brings with it, and I experienced this first-hand, during some challenging times in my career. Scott listens before he speaks. He finds the real constraint. He is candid without being harsh, technical without becoming obscure, and strategic without drifting into abstraction. He is exceptionally and incredibly intelligent, but never needs to performative with his intelligence. He is kind, grounded, generous, and genuinely invested in helping entrepreneurs succeed. His advice carries the weight of someone who has carried the responsibility himself. That is exactly why I asked Scott to join the Boston AI Week Board. A Board member should not merely add prestige. A Board member should improve the quality of the decisions around the table. Scott does that. He brings technical depth, operating discipline, investment judgment, founder empathy, and the perspective of someone who has repeatedly built from uncertainty to outcome. Scott, thank you for your friendship, your counsel, your generosity to entrepreneurs, and the hard-earned wisdom you contribute to Boston AI Week. We are fortunate to have you on the Board. And Boston’s startup ecosystem is stronger because, after building and exiting, you chose to reinvest not only your capital, but your judgment, in the people building what comes next. #HumansInAI #BostonAIWeek #EnFi

Megan T. reacted on thisMegan T. reacted on thisIt is official: Mayor Michelle Wu has proclaimed September 24 through October 2, 2026, to be Boston AI Week in the City of Boston. This one means a great deal to me. I am deeply grateful to Mayor Wu, the 50th Mayor of the City of Boston, and to her staff, and the City for recognizing an effort that began with a simple idea: bring people together to help Boston and Massachusetts lead responsibly in the AI era. The proclamation and photograph capture a moment. What they represent is much larger: the power of ideas, civic action, and people choosing to build something positive together. Massachusetts has always been shaped by sons and daughters who turned knowledge into progress: educators, scientists, entrepreneurs, builders, public servants, and community leaders whose work reached far beyond the Commonwealth. Boston AI Week is our effort to carry that tradition forward. From the beginning, our goals have been clear: 1. Broaden the understanding and responsible adoption of AI across Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 2. Help people and companies create jobs and help people find jobs. 3. Connect the nodes of people, companies, universities, and communities building, applying, and advancing AI across Boston and Massachusetts. 4. Grow a stronger Massachusetts economy through innovation, talent, investment, and opportunity. I receive this recognition with humility. Boston AI Week is not the work of one person; it is the work of a community, and I could never have built it alone. I am honored to serve as Founder and Chair alongside our Board: Carol Meyers, Rev. Chris Hope, Chris Jennings, David Chang, Debbie Millin, Elyas Tecle, Gregory Raiz, Jenn Azar, John Holmes, John Werner, Jonathan Corbin, Kara Peterson, Marcel Rindisbacher, Mike Grandinetti, Nevin Stevens, Norm Laviolette, Patricia Geli, Paul Baier, Sabrina Mansur, Samantha Perrone, Scott Weller, Tim White, and Yanni Tsipis. To every host, sponsor, speaker, volunteer, university, company, nonprofit, public-sector partner, local business, international delegation, and participant since 2025: thank you. You made this recognition possible. Boston is the best city in America not only because of what it knows, but because of what it does with that knowledge. It is a city that invents, innovates, teaches, heals, builds, and serves, and that is the spirit Boston AI Week seeks to reflect. Boston AI Week 2026 spans September 16 through October 28, with Core Festival Week from September 24 through October 2. Here’s to Boston. Here’s to Massachusetts. And here’s to building a stronger Commonwealth and the number one AI economy, together. https://aiweek.boston #BostonAIWeek #Boston #Massachusetts #ArtificialIntelligence

Megan T. liked thisMegan T. liked thisThe #ROIofAI and #Tokenomics is a conversation I have almost every week now with executives, and I still cannot tell how much of it is real. That is most of why I have joined the AI Exec Board as a founding member. Some of the organizations I talk to are under real pressure from their buyers. They have funded teams to prove #ROI and #ValueRealization, and the question arrives on somebody's desk with a renewal date attached. Others use the same vocabulary and nobody has asked them to prove anything yet. From the outside I cannot always tell the two apart, and I would like to get better at it. The Board is a private peer group for senior executives who own the #BusinessImpact of AI inside their organizations. Capped at 50. No fees, no vendors, no pitches. What is said in the room stays in the room. What I bring is a passion that I have spent my career on: the business #outcome a #CFO will put a signature under, and the function that produces it. I have built that at Salesforce, Adobe, SAP and Red Hat at global scale. The vocabulary changes every few years and has to be said in the language of the #vertical. The question a CFO asks does not. What I want back is the part that never makes it into a case study. The rollout that got quietly repriced. The one that got killed. The number finance refused to sign. The AI #ARR that is not #durable or #scalable. Thank you Adrian Trzaskus for the invitation. Looking forward to learning from fellow members in the community! #ROIofAI #Tokenomics #ValueConsulting #EnterpriseAI #AIGTM #ValueRealization #ValueEngineering #IndustriesGTM

Megan T. reacted on thisMegan T. reacted on thisI’ve spent years mentoring women to believe they deserve a seat at the table. And yet, here I am typing this with a full-blown case of imposter syndrome about being named in Forbes Women "50 Over 50 Innovation” list. When my colleagues first asked to submit me, my immediate response was “why not: I won’t make it anyway.” So, finding out I’m on that list next to forty-nine extraordinary women – Nobel laureates, astrophysicists, cancer researchers, biotech founders – feels beyond humbling. But the more I sat with it, the more I realized my discomfort isn't the point – who might be watching it is. If one woman sees this and thinks maybe she belongs somewhere she's been talking herself out of, then every bit of my awkwardness is worth it. And I have to laugh, because I’m so self-conscious about my age. Society too often pushes women to feel limited rather than celebrated for their years of experience. But here’s what I’ve decided: this is my decade to focus on myself and my ambitions. My kids are grown, I can travel whenever I want, and I have more energy for this work than ever before. So yes, age really is just a number. It doesn’t define who we are, what we’re capable of, or how much we still have left to grow. Thank you to my team at SUSE and FINN Partners Global Technology for believing in me, and to Forbes for giving women in technology and science a voice and a seat at the table. #ForbesOver50 #WomenInStem #OpenSource https://lnkd.in/gYEmFRmp

"ABM didn't work for us" is what I've heard all too often the last few years of being a consultant. In my experience the biggest reasons why ABM didn't work is two-fold: either an expensive ABM platform, especially 6sense, was purchased prematurely and/or the GTM team was unclear of their roles in the account-based motion and marketing teams only understood this motion conceptually and unable to drive business transformation. I wrote this article for MarTech with specific account-based GTM "Pod Team" instructions of how to tangibly be one GTM revenue team with joint goals and accountability to each other. Responsibilities of each Pod Team function include: ⭐ Marketing-The Strategist and Enabler ⭐ Define/focus ICP, fuel campaigns, create engagement ⭐ BDRs- The Activator and Connector ⭐ Focus MQAs of ICP, research, personalize, book human conversations ⭐ Sales- The Closer and Strategist ⭐ Account prioritization, buying group confirmation, control sales cycle ⭐ CS- The Strategic Partner ⭐ Retention, expansion, fuel advocacy Read the full article here for specific actionable details to how a successful account-based revenue team works. There are many ways to skin a cat, what advice do you have to make this GTM motion work for your team? What hasn't worked and why? https://lnkd.in/eDU2gRy7

The evolving B2B tech landscape makes competitive displacement the default path for GTM teams. Simultaneously, it adds new layers of organizational risk, internal scrutiny, and emotional complexity for buyers. We created The Definitive Guide for Competitive Displacement to give GTM teams a smarter way forward—rooted in precise intelligence, not spray-and-pray ABM. Inside, you’ll discover: ▪️ Why traditional competitive intelligence leaves Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product flying blind ▪️ The exact data signals that show which accounts are truly ready to switch — and which never will ▪️ A step-by-step campaign framework for turning competitor intelligence into pipeline ▪️ GTM best practices from strategy to execution ▪️ How to fuse data, content, and activation into a single displacement play The switching window opens for buyers when the cost of staying exceeds the risk of moving. This guide helps you locate that window and act before it closes:
