I have spent the last six months dedicated to mastering the global HR concepts required for the SPHRi certification with the long journey support of Azerbaijan HR Institute . While the preparation was intense, it has been an incredibly rewarding professional development experience. A huge part of my success belongs to my incredible instructor Sayad Adigezalova-Rza, ACIPD Level 7, SPHRi, SHRM-SCP, whose guidance was absolutely invaluable. What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that I was also fortunate enough to receive this award in 2022. Looking back, I’m struck by how much life has changed in the years since then. I’ve gotten married (and changed my last name), transitioned from manufacturing into initiative management, and had countless opportunities to learn, grow, and be challenged by new experiences. More than anything, this award reminds me how lucky I am to work alongside such talented and supportive people around the world. Thank you to the amazing colleagues and friends who have been such an important part of my journey.
