Heather Rim reacted on thisHeather Rim reacted on thisI’m excited to share that I’ve joined World Wide Technology (WWT) as a Senior Director and Head of Security Architecture Services in Global Security Solutions. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to experience cybersecurity from very different perspectives — from national security and intelligence, to working inside global enterprises, to leading cybersecurity and professional services businesses. Those experiences have reinforced one thing for me: the most complex technology challenges are rarely solved by technology alone. They require the right combination of strategy, people, partnerships, and execution. That’s a big part of what drew me to WWT. As cybersecurity, AI, data, cloud, and emerging technologies continue to converge, organizations are navigating an increasingly complex set of risks and opportunities. I’m looking forward to helping customers turn that complexity into action — building stronger security, greater resilience, and the foundation to innovate with confidence.
