Elli (Orth) Eldiwany liked thisElli (Orth) Eldiwany liked thisEvery once in a while, someone writes the paper that makes an era feel “official.” Scott Brinker’s latest report 'The New Martech “Stack” for the AI Age' does exactly that for the composable worldview we’ve been pushing at Hightouch since day one. In the 2nd Age, stacks were vertical and brittle: engagement platforms, MAPs, and “CDPs” each hoarded their own copy of the truth. Integration was a tax, data movement was the job, and every new tool meant more plumbing. In the 3rd Age, the center of gravity flips. A unified data layer (warehouse/lakehouse) becomes the source of truth and capabilities (identity, audiences, activation, decisioning) compose on top of that layer. Apps and agents are just participants on the canvas, not owners of the data. That’s the world Hightouch was built for: CDP and activation as native capabilities on your data platform, not another box in the middle of the stack. And yes, it’s mildly entertaining to watch some 2nd-age engagement platforms celebrate this shift as if “everything is data, running on an open substrate” is good news for vendors whose business model depends on keeping your data in their box. It's a group of people who genuinely care! We started the month in Oahu for our company offsite. Looking around at the people, it was one of those moments that just stops you. The growth. The energy. The way everyone shows up for each other. None of it happens without the people who made the offsite possible behind the scenes. Garrett Kohn, Melissa D'Agostino, Chelsea (Williams) Sink, Erika C., Bailee Roces, Jessica Lu, and Josh Couper, you planned, coordinated, and sweated the details so that everyone else could just show up and be present. Thank you! We also landed #8 on Forbes' America's Best Startup Employers 2026 list. And we launched Lifecycle Leaders, our first-ever community. Luke Kline brought this vision to life and I couldn't be more excited about what it becomes. March felt big. But really, it just reflected back what this team has been building all along. This redesign was about making the app work harder, so customers don’t have to. Clearer steps, easier deal navigation, more Domino’s Rewards, and more tools to add a little pizza magic to our customers’ busy lives. A standout from the redesign is the Domino's Pizza Tracker, the go‑to for customers who like keeping a close eye on their order. From makeline to oven, and now all the way from the store to the door with better GPS tracking, customers have even more visibility into every step of the journey. When life gets busy, knowing exactly where your pizza is, in real time, makes a real difference. Excited for customers to experience it, and excited to keep making it better. I get to work with so many brilliant people, and I’m grateful for it. I want to thank Brandon Shipman,Allie Porter, Brad Graca, Joe V., Jeremy Barr, Yong Cho, Peter Whaley, Marcella Leith and Sydney Rosen. I would also like to thank Jason McMann, who has been on this journey with me from the beginning and was so key to its success. This year, we honored 50 outstanding employees whose impact, dedication, and leadership continue to raise the bar for all of us. What stood out most wasn’t just the celebration—it was the pride. You could feel it in the room. From the stage to every table, there was a deep sense of accomplishment, humility, and community. These moments reinforce the culture we are building—one where excellence is recognized, and people feel seen for the contributions they make every day. A particularly special moment for me was seeing Mae Romero, one of our HR team members, take the stage. We are incredibly proud of her—both for this well-deserved recognition and for the impact she continues to have on our people and our business.
