Private Record — Observational Travel Documentation. The premise is simple. Some experiences are diminished the moment they become content. Trips meant for reflection become performances. Gatherings meant for connection become documentation exercises. Private Record exists for a different context. Families, couples, and small groups who want their time together documented carefully — without staging, interruption, or public visibility. The work is discreet. NDAs are standard. Most of it will never be posted. And that is precisely the point.

The Common Bond experience is all about self-discovery without being self-absorbed. Our hotels and restaurants embrace a restrained style, with eclectic notes that celebrate the distinct feeling of each community. We are designed for the unconventional traveler with discerning taste and understated style. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenues and occupancy for each hotel within the brand portfolio. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Sales will focus on building strong client relationships, and collaborate with various departments to ensure the continued success of our hotels. Best candidates for the Director of Sales position will be someone who knows how to have fun, a true people-person, and energized by fast-paced environments. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in hospitality, with a primary focus on sales and with a track record of working in a collaboratively. Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Banquets and Catering is also a must. Feeling comfortable around computers is a must – knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, and the ability to learn new technology and applications.
