How I use Tella + a custom AI tool to create LinkedIn carousels in 10 minutes: 1. Record a quick Tella video explaining any process or insight. 2. Download the SRT subtitle file from Tella. 3. Drag it into my browser to open the transcript. 4. Copy the entire transcript. 5. Paste it into my Carousel Craftr AI assistant with this simple prompt: "Turn this transcript into a 12-20 slide LinkedIn carousel." That's it. The AI cleans up my messy talking, structures the content into proper slides, and creates a compelling opener and CTA. Total time: 2 minutes of work for a full carousel script. The only thing left is a quick review to catch any AI weirdness (it happens) and turn the script into actual slides. Most people spend hours crafting carousels from scratch. This workflow lets me repurpose video content at 90% quality in under 10 minutes. The secret isn't the tool. It's having an AI assistant trained on your voice and content style. Stabilizer is effective for high impact events like sprints, hurdles, relays, jumps, throws, distance. They have never fallen off my face or fallen down when I sprint & jump. Built in mic picks up the natural sounds of the sport and athlete conversations with a subject 10 meters away yet doesn’t make you sound too loud. Does not render a green dot when looking into stadium lights like iPhones. People act natural when you are wearing your glasses, but behavior changes when you whip out your iPhone to make a video. You can get natural reactions & interactions. Fast & easy to press a button on your glasses or speak a command to film. Speed is everything in production & publishing. The glasses look stylish and do unique & valuable video. And are constructed in a solid way with such an impressive tiny lens. I see broadcast integration, post event athlete reactions/self-interviews/talks with other athletes, POV practices/thoughts in real-time, conversations with coaches, interactions with fans. Sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers, throwers & distance athletes can wear these. Power to the athlete. Track & Field is high impact but not a contact sport (except 4x400 relay in the exchange zone). These glasses cannot be worn in contact sports such as NFL, NHL, NBA, MLS. Maybe MLB infielders could, though lots of contact on the basepaths. I like the Ray-Ban with transition lens because you can wear them for Outdoor track, Indoor track, and at night as well. I have not yet worn Oakley. Add-ons to the camera could be wide angle lens to mimic peripheral vision of an athlete, and zoom in (this can be done in editing). What else am I missing? Meta just became a fashion brand with Ray-Ban and a sports brand with Oakley. This gives Meta brand a lift while Ray-Ban & Oakley enter a new dimension. OpenAI’s latest models, o3 and o4-mini, showcase notable advancements in accuracy and functionality but face challenges in cost-effectiveness. The o3 model achieved 79.6% accuracy in the Aider polyglot coding benchmark, outperforming Gemini 2.5 Pro’s 72.9%. However, this comes at a cost - o3 is priced 17 times higher at $111 compared to Gemini’s $6.32. Meanwhile, the compact o4-mini scored 72%, slightly below Gemini’s performance, and is priced three times higher at $19.64. Despite their technical strengths, OpenAI’s new offerings struggle to match Gemini 2.5 Pro’s price-to-performance balance, which continues to draw developers looking for both precision and affordability. Adding more intrigue to the competitive landscape, Google is rumored to be working on a development-focused AI model called “Night Whisper,” potentially delivering high-quality results at accessible prices. Nvidia’s AI boom runs on a handful of customers. When two clients account for nearly 40% of your revenue, who’s really in control? One buyer made up 23% of Nvidia’s $46.7B Q2 revenue (~$10.7B). The second largest took 16% (~$7.5B). Together, that’s 39% of the company’s entire quarter. And it’s not new. The trend has been building for over a year and I posted about it before: 📊 Q2 FY2025 → Four customers = 46% of revenue 📊 Q1 FY2026 → Four customers = 54% of revenue 📊 Q2 FY2026 → Just two customers now = 39% of revenue When I wrote about Nvidia earlier this year, I flagged the same problem: hyperscalers like Microsoft, Amazon, and Meta drive the bulk of its growth. If even one of these giants shifts to produce their own chips, Nvidia’s revenue would take a dive, and with them, fair part of the S&P500. ⚠️ It’s not just theory, some customers are already building their own chips. Less powerful, more specialized, but the race is on: 🔹Amazon: Graviton CPUs + Trainium/Inferentia AI accelerators 🔹Google: Tensor Processing Units (TPUs) for cloud AI 🔹Microsoft: Maia 100 AI accelerator for Azure 🔹Meta: MTIA program for training and inference AI’s gold rush is concentrated in a handful of buyers pouring $200B+ into GPUs and concentration cuts both ways. 💬 How long can Nvidia ride this wave before customer dependency becomes its biggest weakness? And at what point do those customers stop being customers, turning into competitors building their own chips?

Ask it in plain English, it builds your table, enriches it, or analyzes it on the spot. Sequencer → From signal to outbound campaign inside Clay. No juggling CSVs and external tools. Audiences → No more 50k row limits (HUGE). Millions of CRM + enrichment signals in one place, finally. Why it matters: GTM teams have been duct-taping enrichment + sequencing + CRM forever. Clay is collapsing that mess into one surface where data turns into action instantly. This is the same playbook that reshaped design (Figma), code (GitHub Copilot), and editing (Descript). Now it’s GTM. The only question in my head: how many enterprises are ready to rebuild their GTM stack around this?

Most people think AI agents are about automation. Anthropic just made them about teamwork. This week, Anthropic released Opus 4.6, and the headline feature isn’t raw intelligence. It’s agent teams. Instead of one AI grinding through tasks sequentially, Opus can now split work across multiple agents that own parts of the problem and coordinate in parallel. Think less “assistant.” More AI project team. According to Scott White, this shift lets work happen faster by design, not by prompting harder. Two other quiet but important upgrades: • A 1 million token context window for massive codebases and documents • Native PowerPoint integration, with Claude working directly inside slides, not exporting files The bigger signal isn’t technical. It’s strategic. Opus started as a developer-first model. Now it’s clearly targeting knowledge workers: PMs, analysts, operators, execs. This is what AI maturity looks like: Not smarter answers. Better division of labor. We’re not replacing individuals. We’re replacing teams. Are you designing workflows for single-agent AI… or for coordinated systems?

You keep hearing people say (including me): “Turn AI experiments into scalable workflows”, “We’re building AI workflows into our content system!” You nod along…but you’re pretty sure everyone has a different idea of what this is. Here’s the simplest way I can explain it. 🧠 An AI workflow is a series of steps where you use AI (but not only AI) to move toward a bigger result. A structured, repeatable process that helps you get from idea → draft → final result faster and more consistently. Think of it like this: You don’t bake a cake by saying: “Bake me a cake.” You follow steps: gather ingredients → mix → bake → decorate → serve. An AI workflow works the same way. Example 1: - Discover 3 trends in [topic] on Reddit - Summarize key insights - Draft a blog post using these insights - Use a strong hook highlighting the user pain point. Example 2: - Use Landing Page AI assistant to draft the landing page copy - Use the clarity check prompt to assess quality - Use Email Wizard AI assistant to draft the email nurture - Edit and submit for review to [team/manager] That’s an AI workflow. Because once your team stops experimenting randomly and starts thinking in workflows, AI becomes a real capability.
