I am honored to take on this responsibility and excited about what we can build together with the incredible Qlik team. Qlik works with three out of every four Fortune 500 companies. It sits at the heart of one of the industry's most vibrant ecosystems, with technology that has been trusted and proven over decades. That track record, paired with a real appetite to keep building, is a rare combination. And it matters now more than ever. Every company is trying to figure out AI — and there is no AI strategy without a data strategy, no AI value creation without the ability to execute on complex and disparate data. Qlik's role is to make that data trusted, connected, and adaptable enough to work for AI in a cost-effective manner, so our customers can make decisions with confidence (without breaking the bank!). Over the coming weeks, I'll be spending my time with our customers, our partners, and our people, soaking in everything I can. I'm excited about what's ahead. The AI era runs on data — and at Qlik, that's exactly what we do.

After 12 years at S&P Global, I’m grateful for everything I learned and for the people who helped shape my leadership. Those experiences made this moment possible. To my team—thank you for your trust, resilience, and relentless commitment. Building something from the ground up isn’t easy, but I wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anyone else. Earlier today, S&P Global announced (https://lnkd.in/e8c3KcHB) that I'll be leaving the company on July 30. Fifty quarters. Twelve and a half years. It's hard to believe — time really does fly when the work is this much fun. I've been extraordinarily fortunate to work on transformation after transformation at S&P Global — across corporate functions, Ratings, Platts/Energy, and most recently Market Intelligence; across strategy, M&A, finance, technology, and running two businesses. Every move stretched me, and every team taught me something new. Together, we all transformed the company and, along the way, witnessed the birth of what is today the world's leading data company. None of that happens alone. I'm deeply indebted to the mentors and sponsors who opened doors and bet on me over the years — Douglas Peterson, Jack Callahan, John Berisford, Mike Chinn, and Ewout Steenbergen — and in particular Martina Cheung, who has been a champion of mine for 15+ years (even before I joined the company!). Thank you. Truly. And to my 20,000 most recent friends across Market Intelligence and Enterprise Data Organization — and to the customers who trusted us with their hardest data and workflow challenges — thank you for everything. S&P Global is exceptionally well positioned to capture the next wave of growth, and I'll be cheering you on from afar as you soar to new heights. Now, on to the next chapter. Qlik, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company, is the leading, independent platform that spans data integration, quality, governance, and analytics — and increasingly helps organizations put their data to work in AI applications. I was once told that "data is the new oil." If that's true (and it is!), then Qlik offers one of the very best sets of pipelines, refineries, and engines for extracting the maximum calorific value from it. Huge thanks to Orlando Bravo, Seth Boro, Chip Virnig and Michael Lipps at Thoma Bravo for the trust in me. To everyone at Qlik: I can't wait to meet you and get started. Each one brought her own style, her own edge, her own way of leading.... and each one left a mark on how I think, work, and grow. Rubina Khan took a chance on me when I was just starting out at SNL Financial. She showed me what it means to back someone before they've proven themselves. Beth Fish & Christine Dolan in L&D taught me that developing people is a craft... and that investing in others is the highest form of leadership. Missy Grizzard & Christine Fritz introduced me to People Agile.... a way of thinking and operating that completely rewired how I approach HR work. Sarah Matteson & Kate Brown showed me that culture isn't a poster on the wall.... It's something you build, measure, and fight for every day. Sujatha Menon Zafar gave me perspective on what it means to lead at scale.... with clarity, composure, and conviction. ....and Meghan O'Brien... my current manager and a genuine friend... has given me the space to grow into the work I'm most passionate about. None of these women led the same way. That's exactly the point!! They didn't fit a mold. They broke it.... each in her own way.... and somewhere in watching all of that, I found my own direction... the future of work, how #AI is reshaping #HR, and how we build tools that serve people.... not just process them. That curiosity didn't come from a course or a conference. It came from these women who led with humanity first. And reminded me, again and again, that's what this profession is actually for.
