Adi Bhashyam shared thisAs many of you have noticed, I just started a new role as President at Motorq. The company, led by Arun Rajagopalan, has poured years of effort into a trust-based, secure OEM data foundation to enable connected vehicle analytics for the largest organizations in the world. It is a company built on strong values, puts customers and OEM partners first, and is built for where the connected vehicle market is headed! I penned some thoughts about why I joined the company here - https://lnkd.in/gF82UvKm I am #hiring - across multiple roles in sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, finance, HR. Adi Bhashyam shared thisReal AI and real results.Adi Bhashyam shared thisAt #C3Transform, GSK's Chief Digital & Technology Officer Shobie Ramakrishnan talked about what it actually looks like to put Enterprise AI to work across a global biopharma operation. On the challenge: “Demand forecasting at GSK is incredibly high stakes. We’re making inventory decisions across a big network of manufacturing sites in a highly controlled environment.” On the breakthrough: “The data was always there. What was missing was the ability to process it and create an intelligent system. We are now deploying AI-driven demand forecasting across medicines and vaccines.“ On the partnership: “Tech evolves at an incredible pace. We stay agile and curious, are always responsible, and are collaborative: partnering with academia, biotech and tech industries to work with the latest advances and expertise in tech so we reap the benefits of its transformative effect on our business. Partners like C3 AI act as domain accelerators, bringing the expertise that helps turn data into real value.“

Adi Bhashyam posted thisI joined a small 80-person Enterprise AI company in 2015...itching to be part of an enterprise technology company and build something real - after over a decade in consulting. I discovered C3 AI (then C3 Energy!) and jumped on board - excited by the vision, inspired by the focus on customer value, admiring the completeness of the architecture, and admiring the team! What a journey. Along the way, we did hard things. Over and over and over again. For the largest organizations in the world. At the forefront of all things AI. Almost 11 years later, it's time to leave. To all my colleagues over the years - I could not be prouder and thankful of all the people I had the joy to work with, debate, challenge, and reach higher - to figure out the thrill of "AI" before it was a globally overused term. I am convinced we are in the right place with the right technology and I am cheering for you as an alum and a shareholder! To all our customers and partners who I had the chance to work with, thank you for the opportunity. Adi Bhashyam shared thisIt was amazing to present the C3 AI product philosophy, roadmap, and some very compelling demonstrations at our C3 Transform Paris event last week. With our friends at McKinsey & Company in Europe, we hosted over 100 executives to talk about value from #EnterpriseAI, hear from each other and discuss lessons learned, showcase software and solutions, and celebrate progress. Mastering Enterprise AI means consistent, scalable, rapid, value-focused solutions. Doing this for a modern enterprise requires mastering data (with all its messiness), flexibly deploying AI solutions (and future-proofing these solutions from evolutions in AI algorithms), and connecting these to execution systems (human, agentic, hybrid). Adi Bhashyam reacted on thisAdi Bhashyam reacted on this52 weeks ago, I took a leap. After 30 years in the corporate world, I walked away from the familiar - the stability, the scale, the routines - and bet on something I believed in deeply enough to build from scratch. I haven’t looked back once. There’s a phrase I used to hear a lot: work to live. For most of my career, that’s what it felt like. I was fortunate - I got to see technology and business at global scale, watch transformation happen up close, and learn how the engine really works. But driving real change from inside a large organization? That was an uphill battle most days. Building something new is a different kind of hard. And a different kind of alive. I couldn’t have picked a better moment. AI is collapsing the gap between what you can imagine and what you can actually ship. At ReKnew, we’re helping enterprises seize that moment - making AI real, showing how it’s done. For a builder like me, it’s been energizing, fulfilling and fun. But what I didn’t fully anticipate was the people. A scrappy, talented team who dream big, work hard, and show up every day ready to figure it out - together. Surrounded by advisors and partners who want to see us win. That part has exceeded every expectation. One year in. Just getting started. #anniversary #reknew #entrepreneur #ai #team

Grateful to join Shripati Acharya and the Prime Ventures Podcast to discuss Uniphore’s journey and what it really takes to bring agentic AI into production at the world’s largest businesses. We covered a few themes that keep coming up with CIOs and business leaders I speak with: what industrializing AI looks like beyond pilots, why a horizontal enterprise platform (data, models, security, agents) is essential for scaling responsibly, and the challenge of making AI agents more deterministic through architecture, guardrails, and workflow design. I also shared why small, fine-tuned models can be the right approach for many business use cases, balancing accuracy, control, and cost at scale. At the center of this is the Uniphore Business AI Cloud: an end-to-end platform that helps businesses bring their data together, fine-tune models, and build and deploy AI agents with the security and sovereignty large organizations require. And, it’s increasingly enabled by a strong ecosystem of strategic partners across compute, data, and cloud, working together to help customers move from experimentation to measurable outcomes. I’m confident the next chapter of Business AI will be defined by disciplined execution and real impact at scale. Thank you Shripati for a thoughtful conversation. Let’s do it again soon. #BusinessAI

Yesterday’s encounter that reminded me why protocols matter more than platforms. Had an inspiring conversation with Rajeesh Menon, whose work spans the entire digital infrastructure ecosystem that’s quietly revolutionizing how we think about systemic change. From EkStep Foundation to Beckn Open Collective, Rajeesh embodies something crucial: building systems that serve rather than surveil, that empower rather than extract. What excites me most is exploring how our community-driven approach (SAOcommons) to human capital indexing (WellbeingProtocol) could plug into this broader ecosystem of digital public / common goods. The goal? Value redistribution that’s signal-based and equitable rather than platform-captured. But this conversation also surfaced some critical questions I’m wrestling with: 1) “Emission” vs “Collection” of data 2) Deep Thinkers' Collective. 3) Anti-hive-mind design - How does TheInternetOfValue preserve individual agency while enabling collective intelligence? 4) “Weaponising” context ? If you’re working on systems that put livelihoods with dignity at the center, Rajeesh Menon is building something remarkable. Worth following his journey. Thanks for the active listening and questions, Rajeesh!

Google is building its largest data center outside the United States — right here in Vizag, India. A $15-billion AI hub that promises to transform India’s digital future. But behind the shiny promise lies a serious question: What is the cost of this AI dream in terms of real-world resources? The intersection of AI and climate is a complex topic, no doubt. We have tried to unpack some parts of it in a video that looks at the environmental impact of this data center on the Vizag landscape and it's people. https://lnkd.in/g8aTXfJg

GO Aero Mission Indigenous aircraft’s launching 15.8.26 100th investment in 100 weeks The GO Aero mission was launched after a chance meeting of one of our office bearers with Amber Dubey in November 2022. Amber is a graduate of the Bombay campus of IIT and a MBA from IIM. A career management constant, he started his career with AF Ferguson - the largest domestic accounting firm - which was established around 1890 by the then CFO of the East India Company. He then moved on to head the aviation practice of KPMG. When the govt came up with a call for lateral hires into the IAS / administration - he gave up a eight figure salary job to join the govt as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Civil Aviation - a role he held till end of 2022. Some in the IIT crowd know him as the real life person on whom a key character of the hit Hindi movie Chhichhore was modelled by another IIT alumnus - Nitesh Tiwari. Amber highlighted the drone opportunity and it’s possible impact on every other sector. This was further ratified by IIT alumnus Rajesh Subramaniam who is the global Chairman of FedEx. Since then there has been no stopping back. The IIT Alumni Council launched the GO Mobility initiative in August 2023 and in two years has made phenomenal progress on all three fronts - road, water and air transportation - as well as in the three related areas - mapping, bombing and mining (esp sea mining). In addition to encouraging indigenous electric vehicles made in India, it is also important to manufacture vehicles based on international technologies. This will help increase domestic competition which will lead to the creation of globally competitive products and services. Designs from UK, Germany, Taiwan, Korea, Russia, Israel and japan should be encouraged. This requires India to accelerate its regulatory approval process so that vehicles can move from drawing board to runways faster but without compromising on safety. The transition to electric has the potential to alter the world order. To facilitate direct import of the worlds best EVs, the GO mission has recently partnered with GO Anytime in UK for Co creation of vehicles and key components from Europe. The GO platform has also partnered with thought leaders like the Amber group who built the Aircon for the Vande Bharat train and tech strong entities like the Accurate Group who manufacture the key control valves for the Boeing plane and are designing the worlds first electric mega ship for LNG and crude oil transport. As well as Premier Energy who lead in high efficiency solar panels for applications like telecom cell sites in the sky and pseudo satellites with three year endurance for a 25,000 metre high orbit above the earths surface. In addition to the 20+ tech savvy partners on the GO platform, we are delighted to support non profits like the Federation of Aviation led by Arun Sharma for setting up 750 flying schools to train pilots.

Make in India: Powering Global Innovation with Unmatched Strengths🇮🇳 Launched in 2014, Make in India has transformed the nation into a global manufacturing hub, and in 2025, it’s stronger than ever! With a GDP growth forecast of 6.4% for FY26 (IMF), India outpaces major economies, driven by a robust domestic market (97% of GDP) and a young, skilled workforce of 600M+ under 35. This is India’s moment to shine on the global stage! 🚀 Why Make in India is a global game-changer: - Massive Market: India’s $3.9T economy (2025 est.) and 1.4B population make it a consumer powerhouse, attracting giants like Apple, which produced $14B worth of iPhones in India in 2024. - Manufacturing Surge: India’s manufacturing sector grew 8.2% in FY24, with exports hitting $450B. Sectors like electronics, pharma, and green energy lead, with India now the world’s 2nd-largest smartphone manufacturer. - Startup Ecosystem: Valued at $450B with 100+ unicorns, India’s startups in IT, biotech, and SaaS are innovating for the world. Companies like Zomato and Byju’s prove India’s global scalability. - Policy Strength: PLI schemes have attracted $20B+ in investments, while 100% FDI in key sectors and streamlined regulations make India a magnet for global businesses. - China+1 Advantage: As companies diversify, India’s 1.1M+ engineering graduates annually and cost-competitive manufacturing (30-40% lower than China) make it a top choice. Despite challenges like the recent 25% US tariff on Indian imports (Aug 2025), India’s resilience shines. Exemptions for pharma and IT, coupled with a push for EU and ASEAN markets, keep growth on track. PM Modi’s vision for a “Viksit Bharat” by 2047 fuels ambition, with Make in India driving job creation (12M+ jobs since launch) and innovation. Let’s Build the Future! Indian entrepreneurs, innovators, and businesses—your creativity and grit are redefining global markets. Let’s leverage our strengths, from cutting-edge tech to sustainable manufacturing, to make India the world’s factory. Together, we’re not just making in India—we’re making for the world! What’s your vision for Make in India? Share your ideas and let’s inspire each other!

"This space moves so fast that every quarter, everything you do can be obliterated," said Glean founder Arvind Jain. "We had to shift to a mindset of constantly rebuilding. Your moat is not your tech but the value you provide to your customer, those deep relationships you build, and the team that’s with you to build and execute in that kind of environment." An intimate, thoughtful gathering at last night’s AI Pioneers Summit by Decibel Partners and Latent Space Podcast with speakers that included (photo, left to right) Eric Simons (bolt.new), Behnam Neyshabur(Anthropic), swyx (inc a celebration of 10M downloads), Arvind Jain (Glean), and Laura Burkhauser (Descript). Simons: “We’re seeing more developer-adjacent product people building direct experiences.. that will lead to developers doing deeper thinking & reviewing PM work, as PMs also go deeper to shape the front-end.” Burkhauser spoke to the complexity of AI video editing, where context goes far beyond the script to understand how humans see, feel and sense, and uncover the reasoning behind what a viewer expects. Neyshabur's pursuit of creating an AI scientist is rooted in his curiosity about how a model learns from human interaction and the nature of learning itself. Our breakout session was insightful, inclusive, and energetic. Good to spend time with founders like Bella Liu (Orby AI - A Uniphore Company) and catch up with Ajay Singh. A great mix of technical depth and openness for conversations that stay with you.

Agilitas x Virat Kohli partnership is one of the masterstroke deals I have seen in recent times. Virat invests 40 CR in Agilitas for a 1.94% stake, putting Agilitas’s valuation around 2000 CR. 📈 In turn, Agilitas acquires one8world, making Virat a co-founder and shareholder. They now get two very important growth levers: ⬇️ 1. A powerful manufacturing (via Mochiko Shoes - a 600 CR+ footwear brand that Agilitas acquired in 2008 ), 2. India’s biggest athlete — exclusively aligned. Easily becomes a 4000 CR revenue brand in the next 5 years. Footwear + retail scale requires capital — but this partnership compresses customer acquisition, product cycles, and brand-building like few others. Even Virat said in his podcast with Abhishek Ganguly, the co-founder of Agilitas that, “I didn’t want a brand deal… I wanted to build something that outlives me.” And Abhishek said something even beautiful - “An ambition to build from India but be globally relevant.” This isn’t marketing. This is legacy building with shared skin in the game. And that is how startups work - shared ambition with one goal (to make the company big) and food (read stake) in the table for everyone! A company that can be built in the long term with culture, capital, and conviction aligned. This might be the first time in India, where an athlete joins hands with a sport company to re-imagine and build the sport ecosystem of India - truly revolutionalising the game with a clear vision. 🙌

Building an AI platform for industrial supply chains is genuinely hard. Every enterprise has a different mess: different ERPs, different supplier relationships, different ways of doing things that have been working for 20 years, and nobody wants to touch. Animesh Srivastava gets that. He's spent 20+ years building things that had to work in the real world, not just in controlled conditions. This article, co-authored by Vardaan Ahluwalia and me lays out India's significant new Research Development and Innovation Fund initiative in the context of other successful interventions: when governments and the private sector work together, they can make a transformative difference to deep technology entrepreneurship. Equally, initiatives to help manage financial risk should be followed by structural reforms in areas ranging from intellectual property regulation, ease of clearances for start-ups, tax rationalization in capital gains and options that helps start-ups attract talent, and a visa regime that attracts leading global researchers. https://lnkd.in/gk92YSZa

Every founder thinks differently and builds differently - shaped by who they are, what they care about, and the stories they want to tell through their work. The best brands often reflect this founder thinking. In MYDESIGNATION.com, we found a company and a brand that are truly an extension of its founders - Gopika Menon and Swaroop Krishnan. Their warmth towards people, honesty in their craft, creativity in designs, authenticity towards the community, and the heart they bring to building every day really stands out. As someone who comes from brands and likes building processes, systems and brand books to keep positioning and purpose strong, it's extremely fun to see a brand whose founders embody the brand itself. From our PearX S25 cohort, meet Pravāh, the AI-native operating system for the electric grid When Mohak Mangal, Dhruv Suri, and Aman Gupta looked at the strain on the U.S. electric grid, they saw a system pushed to its limits. Exploding demand and unpredictable supply have made blackouts increasingly common. This costs the economy more than $150B a year, a number that could 10x in the next five years. Nearly 2 years ago, Ashutosh, Varun, and I crowded around a whiteboard debating if AI could understand the nuances behind human conversations. Why does a VP of Sales answer “How’s the quarter going?” one way to the CEO and another to a board member? The context changes the response. That was the spark behind Viven, which we invested in this year. Most AI can pull up data. But what about the relationships, unspoken cues, and history that shape decisions? So much gets lost when people move on from orgs or when stories never make it into docs. Viven calls their approach “pairwise context" - training AI to recognize who’s speaking + listening, and how their relationship shapes the conversation. Those endless debates evolved into a mission to help orgs preserve their most valuable knowledge... the experience and insight that lives in people’s heads and is rarely written down. It’s an ambitious vision, but one that will transform how orgs learn. Work that once moved at the speed of meetings could eventually move at the speed of thought. I shared more about how we’re making this possible, and why I believe in Viven, here → https://lnkd.in/g8C3PkK5

Sreedhar Peddineni (Co-Founder, Gainsight & GTM Buddy) and Kiran Darisi (Co-Founder, Atomicwork & Ex Freshworks) joins me on Neon show. Two founders from Hyderabad who build global SaaS companies, taking one to IPO, another to a billion-dollar exit, and then choosing to begin again (and again). In this episode, we discuss: 1. Sreedhar’s journey: Host Analytics → Gainsight → GTM Buddy 2. Kiran’s path: Zoho → Freshworks → Atomicwork 3. How to find the “Goldilocks zone” for startups 4. Building companies that last for decades 5. Common mistakes founders make scaling SMB → Enterprise 6. How Atomicwork co-founders connected & chose their problem 7. Why smaller, high-quality teams are winning 8. Is AI expanding the pie while eating it? 9. How businesses can leverage custom GPTs 10. If big AI goes everywhere, what’s left for B2B SaaS? This conversation is about the two decades of building India’s most iconic SaaS companies and what the future holds for SaaS founders from India. Episode is out on youtube.com/@TheNeonShoww

What a joy to speak with this brilliant cohort of innovators in the The Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) ENTICE (Energy Transitions Innovation Challenge) 2.0 program and taking on their sharp questions at the investor bootcamp. 80% of global GHG emission reduction goals for 2050 can be met through energy system decarbonization, efficiency and electrification. This represents a US $100 trillion opportunity according to the IEA. A stronger, more stable grid is at the heart of building a #resilient #energy future. This year’s program challenges innovators to tackle: 1) Behind-the-meter digital twins: #AI tools to analyse consumption and create appliance-level insights 2) Industrial flexibility at scale: AI solutions using smart meter data to identify flexible assets and operational inefficiencies Kudos to the entrepreneurs and the GEAPP team for curating and executing such a thoughtful program. Looking forward to seeing how these #innovations scale #impact. Synapses Dalberg Media Vaishali (Vish) Mishra Anukul Tripathi (He/Him) Jayant Sinha Saurabh Kumar
