Throughout June, we’re celebrating our 30th anniversary and the milestones that made us who we are. This week, we’re riding the wave from 2017 to 2025. This era was full of expansive growth and innovation. From expanding our crew to more than 100 Waveriders delivering nationwide solutions for clients like Boston Consulting Group, Bank of America, and more, these years marked a new level of scale and impact. Along the way, we helped shape next-generation workplace experiences at Microsoft’s “The Hive." We also partnered on award-winning spaces like Illumina’s Executive Briefing Center and the Hyatt Global Headquarters. As we continued chasing the next wave, we stayed true to our roots. We welcomed long-time Waverider Scott McLain as the new president, while Scott Walker stepped into the role of founder, setting the stage for the next chapter of Waveguide. Along the way, we were honored for leadership and set the standard for excellence as the industry’s first APEx-certified consultant... A title we’ve proudly touted every year since. This tide carried us into our next chapter, joining the Compass Group USA family as we celebrated our 20th anniversary, positioning Waveguide for even greater scale and impact.
