  • Hybrid work is not the problem. The meeting experience is. Too many huddle spaces still rely on BYOD setups that slow teams down, create friction, and leave remote participants with a second-rate experience. There is a better way forward. Join us for a virtual session on May 5 to see how organizations are transforming small meeting spaces with native Microsoft Teams Rooms using an Express Install approach. In as little as one hour, teams are deploying AI-powered, one-touch join experiences that reduce cost, simplify support, and elevate the experience for every participant. This session will walk through how to eliminate cable clutter, improve meeting equity with intelligent framing and high-quality audio, and scale a consistent standard across your global footprint. A more seamless, professional hybrid meeting experience is within reach. Register to join us on Tuesday, May 5 at 10:00 AM PT | 1:00 PM ET. https://hubs.ly/Q049x0zS0 #BYOD #Hybrid #Microsoft

Corporate media has evolved beyond simple capture and distribution. Organizations are now designing environments that reflect the standards of live broadcast, with a focus on consistency, scalability, and performance. This shift introduces new considerations. IP based workflows change how systems are architected and managed. Centralized control enables greater efficiency across distributed teams. Repeatable operating models create consistency across productions while supporting growth. Join Diversified at NAB Show for an in depth discussion on how enterprise teams are building broadcast grade media ecosystems. Sam Craig, Vice President, Media Solutions Architecture, will be joined by Matt Morgan of Ross Video and Michael Sullivan-Trainor, PMP of AVIXA to explore how these systems are designed, how they operate at scale, and what is required to support multi platform distribution. If you are attending NAB, join us in Central Hall Lobby at NES4 on Monday, April 20 from 1:00 to 1:30 pm! • Women’s History Month may be ending, but our commitment to spotlighting the women shaping this industry is only growing. Last year, Without Boundaries came to life through a film festival that celebrated storytelling and the women behind the camera. This year, we’re taking that idea further. In April, we’ll introduce Women Without Boundaries as an industry-wide platform designed to recognize women whose work is driving change across media, broadcast, and technology — from engineering and production to operations, creative, and leadership. The format is evolving. The mission is not. Stay tuned, we’re excited to share more soon! #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenWithoutBoundaries #WomenInMedia #WomenInBroadcast #WomenInTech

  • International Women’s Month is a moment. The work continues well beyond it.   At Diversified, that work shows up through our Women’s Empowerment (W.E.) program, creating space for connection, mentorship, and growth, while advancing the conversation around gender inclusion across our business.   It also shows up in the choices our teams make every day.   Recently, our Toronto team chose to support The Shoebox Project for Women by assembling shoebox gifts filled with essential items, small comforts, and personal notes for women and gender-diverse individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.   A simple idea rooted in something bigger: give to gain 💜   Because creating impact isn’t tied to a single moment. It’s built through consistent action, open conversations, and a willingness to show up. #WeAreDiversified #Createtheunforgettable #WomensHistoryMonth #TheShoeBoxProject

This month, Diversified continues to spotlight the women across our organization who are shaping the industry from every corner of the globe. For our final week, we recognize Steph Afamefuna, MBA, IT Portfolio Manager, in the US. Steph’s journey at Diversified reflects both depth and evolution. She joined as a Senior Engineering Manager leading the Atlas Platform Innovations team, where she helped design and build the platform’s infrastructure while guiding architecture, security, and compliance. Her work played a key role in advancing the platform toward NIST alignment, ensuring a strong and secure foundation. Today, she leads across the IT portfolio, aligning projects to business priorities, guiding resource strategy, and driving execution across teams. What sets her apart is her ability to connect technical depth with strategic direction. She understands the complexity behind the systems while shaping how that work delivers value to the organization. Her foundation in DevOps and infrastructure leadership continues to influence how she leads. She translates complex technical decisions into clear outcomes, creating alignment between teams and the broader business. Beyond Diversified, Steph is deeply committed to mentorship and community. She founded Black Women in Technology, an organization dedicated to supporting and guiding women pursuing careers in IT. What began as small mentoring sessions has grown into a thriving network focused on building confidence, expanding opportunity, and creating access across the industry. Her mission is simple. Remove limits. Open doors. Help others see what is possible. At Diversified, we are passionate about success. That commitment comes to life through leaders who invest in others while driving meaningful progress. Steph exemplifies that through her leadership, her vision, and her dedication to creating pathways for the next generation. This is Week 4 of Women Without Boundaries. A strong finish to a series defined by impact and possibility. #BehindTheScreens #WomenWithoutBoundaries #WomensHistoryMonth #WeAreDiversified
