How and Where We Work
Since we're REMOTE first for a majority of our roles, we balance flexibility with teamwork with our core working hours. (9 AM - 1 PM PT / 12 - 4 PM ET) This chunk of time is when everyone is online together, making it easy to collaborate across time zones without pinging someone too early or during family time. Most company meetings and Slack Huddles happen during this window, so it’s our sweet spot for team conversations and getting things done together.
