    📦 Now Hiring: Packaging Engineer | Trove Brands We’re growing our team at Trove Brands and looking for a Packaging Engineer (3–7 years experience) who’s excited to build smart, scalable packaging solutions. This role will help design, test, and implement primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging, working closely with our engineering, supply chain, design, and international manufacturing partners. If you enjoy solving real-world packaging challenges and seeing your work come to life on products used by millions, you’ll fit right in here.     We are building something new at Trove Brands. Product Management has always been a passion of mine because it puts you closest to the user. It is where you see how people actually live, where you notice the friction in their day to day, and where great product ideas begin. Trove Brands is leaning in and building on a 25 year track record of launching innovative, category defining consumer products used by millions of people around the world.     I realized the other day that I’ve been full-time at Trove Brands for over 6 months now! Here are two of the most important things I’ve learned: 1. Kindness is a game changer. The people who bring energy, stay steady, and genuinely help others change the entire work environment. They relieve pressure, make collaboration easier, and raise the standard for everyone. (And yeah, there’s a lot of these at Trove:) 2. Being a problem solver is a superpower. Business is complex. Something shifts almost daily. The people who stay optimistic, focus on solutions, and keep things organized aren’t just helpful - they’re genuinely essential. Working in international marketing has been very different than I expected, but incredibly valuable. The complexity has given me a deeper appreciation for how everything connects - sales, supply chain, product, finance, legal, brand, innovation, customer experience, production, socials, and SO much more behind the scenes. I owe so much to everyone at Trove who has helped shape the first six months in my career.
