  • Russel Morgan explains that credibility doesn’t end with one interview—it fuels brand recognition. Morgan Legal Group P.C. When people remember a brand after seeing it on platforms like MSNBC, they’re more likely to reach out in the future. It’s not about pay-to-play, but about being invited because of proven authority.  Readers see why recognition today can lead to opportunities tomorrow. #BrandRecognition #Credibility #PublicTrust

  • Amy Wood shares how her work with state bar associations began when research showed that attorneys were experiencing higher stress than many other professionals due to lack of schedule control, endless workloads, and adversarial environments. Amy Wood, Psy.D.  After being invited by the Florida Bar to speak on how attorneys can improve their health, she quickly saw a strong demand for practical guidance. She explains that many attorneys appreciated her continuing legal education webinars because they offered relevant, real world advice that addressed the daily pressures they face.   #AttorneyWellness #LegalProfession #BurnoutPrevention

  • Olivia Vizachero shares one of her favorite quotes, reminding us that a well defined problem is already half solved. Olivia Vizachero She explains why clarity is essential before taking action and encourages people to be honest about what they are struggling with. Whether it is a skills gap, poor planning, or lack of boundaries, Olivia highlights how finding the real issue and using proven strategies can save time and make progress easier.   #OliviaVizachero #ProblemSolving #MindsetShift

  • Jennifer Gillman explains how working at a small or mid sized firm can give associates more flexibility and time for life outside work. MB Law Firm Consulting, LLC®  She highlights that unless there is a real emergency like a trial or a deal signing, associates do not need to be working all night.  Jennifer also points out that bringing in their own clients allows associates to generate revenue in two ways, making them more valuable and giving them greater control over their schedules while still contributing meaningfully to the firm.   #JenniferGillman #LegalCareerTips #LawFirmLife

  • Estelle explains that when she talks about having a signature style, she means building a closet that feels intentional. Estelle Winsett, JD  Every piece works well together, mixes and matches easily, and actually feels like you. Having this kind of wardrobe gives you direction every morning when you get dressed. You know what fits, what flatters, and what feels aligned with who you are — instead of a random mix of clothes that may or may not go together. #SignatureStyle #PersonalStyle #WardrobeGoals

  • Kyle explains that once you’ve done all the sourcing and interviews, it’s still tough to choose the right person. ChiefGoOfficers.com | Making Businesses better through Ai  This tool steps in at the end of the hiring process and gives you a clear report: who to hire, how to train them, and how to keep them. It saves time and gives law firm owners peace of mind — whether the candidate is Kyle Harbaugh or anyone else.   #LawFirmTools #HiringSolutions #SmartRecruiting

Are you tired of your legal…8K followers

My wife followed her baby doctor on Instagram for 2 years before she got pregnant. By the time she walked into that first appointment, trust was already built. She knew them. She liked them. We were just there to confirm the person she followed was the same person we would interact with in real life. I mentioned this yesterday and I wanted to go a little deeper on what this means for you. Because my wife didn't "pick a doctor" this week. She had already picked. She'd seen the doctor explain procedures. Share patient stories. Answer questions in the comments. This is what podcasting does for attorneys and other professionals . Combine that with short videos, clips across YouTube (which you should also put your pod on) Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more and now you’ve got a continuous system educating people about you and the why of working with you.- which are all things we handle for our clients btw 😉. It's not about downloads, going viral, or getting a certain number of views. It's about the person who listens to 5 episodes over 6 months. Or binges a whole season of your episodes in one sitting. Or watches your clips and reads your posts for months. Compounding trust over days, weeks or even years. Then they call your office and say: “I’ve been watching your podcast/video/posts and called you." They're not shopping around or comparing prices. They already trust you. That's the moment most attorneys and professionals don't realize they're building toward. Every episode/video/authentic post is a deposit into a "trust account" you can't see. And when someone finally needs you, they don't Google "best attorney near me." They call the one they've been listening to. Are you building that kind of trust, or are you still hoping your website does the work?
